“I know Calico Joe's is more of a sports bar, but they have really good salads! We ate here recently and ordered the crispy chicken Cobb salad and the southwest salad with crispy chicken. Maybe it's the chicken that makes it so good; the salads come with a very generous portion of chicken. But it's also the ranch that really brings the salad together. My son also really likes the chicken sandwich. The service can be hit or miss, but on our recent visit, our waitress was very personable and attentive. This restaurant is a good place for groups because they usually have tables pushed together to accommodate larger parties.“

“This is my favorite local Donut shop. I can't get stuff there very often but they have a good selection and some of the best tasting donuts around. They are very nice and promptly fill my order which is usually sizable because I'm generally buying for 4 or 5 people and we all gotta get our sugar coma facilitated. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls, the apple fritter, the Boston creme filled, and the blueberry cake donuts. Don't order any of those so there will be plenty for me. You can't go wrong here, everything they make is good!“
“I stopped in based on the reviews. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately the service was not up to par. The server sat down to have lunch. Not one person asked me if I was good or needed anything. I asked for a drink refill and another server quickly jumped into action. I would have given a solid 5 if she had seemed interested. I told her it was my first time in.“
“Great cafe for fried catfish, chicken fried chicken and shrimp. Loved the fried okra and creamy potato salad and the fries were cooked crispy. The staff were friendly and doing their best to get food to everyone especially on a Friday night despite the fact they super busy. I loved this place and will be recommending them to all my friends. ❤️“
“A small town breakfast and lunch diner. We ordered a cheese burger and onion burger and large fries. More than enough for two. Burgers were delicious and fries seemed to be hand cut. The restaurant has daily specials, and I will certainly eat here again. Service was spot on and friendly. Cost for food came to 16 bucks. Give it a try.“

“Traveling from New Mexico back home to Virginia my girlfriend and I found Mclouds Cafe being tired of fast food and the thought of fast food. Walking inside the instant smells of the kitchen was amazing. Seeing they had meatloaf on the menu I had to try it, and I was not disappointed. If you are on a quest to find an amazing meatloaf this would be the place to find it.“
“Love this place food is exceptional especially for such a relaxed bar it's shockingly good and good pricing too. Definitely recommend trying the murrels burger and the mozzarella logs are insane and huge and Indian tacos are just num num num yummy!!“
