“Feels like an old pizzaria walking in (additional parking in the rear with a backdoor entrance), been family run for many decades now and if you're lucky enough the owners will be in and you can chat with them and their deep NY accent. From what I can tell, there are no "pre-determined" pizzas, you just order your size and choose your toppings (not unlimited toppings unless you want to pay extra). They do have a pretty good two slice and a drink lunch special, however be warned, if you want extra toppings it's not only an extra charge per topping, but also PER SLICE - adds up real quick. Pizza came out fresh and piping hot, flavor was fine, but the crust didn't do anything for me.“

“By the gods, it's like the taste and flavor gods of bbq and meat bestowed upon this place their blessing. I brought the food in my car and was instantly drooling from the smell that oozed out of the bag I could not touch, basically mocking me till I got home. I wasted no time opening the treasure trove and scarfing my face. The flavor was phenomenal,meat tender juicy. I cried tears of joy. My cats which have had no interest in ribs I've eaten before, were drawn to the forbidden meats and begged at my feet for a taste. I obliged and was met with happy meowing and the licking of chops. I ate all the food before taking a picture but it looked beautiful too.“

“I have been coming here for probably a year and a half 2 years it's a good place to eat. Especially when Kimmy, and Lacretia are there. The place runs like a well oiled machine. When they are not there, the experience is hit and miss. Still the Best burger in town.“

“Walking in you can see it's a smaller location. But it still feels open & cozy instead of stuffy. Lighting is where it needs to be & the window also lets light in. The waiting staff is very attentive & ready to take your order. Our server brought out the bean sprouts & Pho in a timely manner. If there's not something you see on the menu then the staff will take a custom order, of course. Not only are the portion sizes robust but they also do not leave you wanting more ingredients. In addition, the seafood in your Pho is plentiful & the steak with veggies are exceptional as well. The broth is seasoned & you can tell that it was cooked for multiple hours. With added cilantro, garlic, & Basil the broth is; dare I say, downright drinkable. This spot is a must if you enjoy Pho & you will most likely have lunch the next day. Pricing is very modest but I would also suggest adding an egg for $2. It was poached to perfection. Thank you to the staff & the chef! This is how much I had left over after I got full & that container is at least 8 inches tall.“

“Been living in the area for about eight years and just recently stopped in to try this great diner.We’ve visited twice now and have enjoyed both visits.The food is delicious and the staff is friendly!The owner stopped by our table on both visits and asked how everything was, shared the story of the restaurant and was very friendly!Our server was great! She actually remembered us on our second visit!My wife had the Reuben sandwich and I had a burger on our first visit. She said it was the best Reuben she’s ever had!On our second visit, she tried a chili dog and I had their “hog” dog. The “Hog Dog” is a bacon wrapped dog that is deep fried and served on a great bun!!Their fries are amazing and the onion rings don’t disappoint!The best way I can describe The Stray Dog is: it is EXACTLY the kind of Route 66 diner that you HOPE to find!Great food, great people and a great atmosphere!Whether you’re a local or just passing through on Route 66, The Stray Dog should definitely be on your list!Highly recommend!(Note: there is parking behind the building so if the spaces out front are taken, just cruise around back!)“

“I had a delivery order of a hamburger and fries plus I ordered the 6 piece wings also. When I tell Yall the burger was off the chain! I don't normally eat my whole burger and I definitely don't eat in my bdrm...I haven't tried the wings yet but I sat here on the side of my bed and pigged out on the burger! The veggies were crisp..the whole burger experience was awesome! The fries were awrsome..I actually ate all of my fries. Thanks guys!!! You rock!!!!!“

“I always get the sushi because I absolutely love theirs and they have so many different options. I also love their crab rangoon & spring rolls. They have a varied menu with items that my companions always love as well. The interior is absolutely breathtaking. And you can get take out too!“

“I have lived near this restaurant since before it was open, I ate here last night for the first time because I did not know it was there, I missed out for the past 20yrs! The food is very good. I had the garlic chicken with a 4 spicy, next time I'll do 5 spicy with whatever I get, it was great. There could have been more chicken too. I'm grateful I found Lai Thai and the service was good, the staff was friendly, kind and helpful.“
