“Me and the grandkids at here on Saturday This last weekend. It was pretty busy, but the wait wasn’t bad at all! Our server BK was amazing she seemed a little tired, but every time she came to the table she was so energetic and amazingly helpful. Our steaks came out over cooked. We were going to eat them, but she insisted that she take them back to get them recooked. We agreed and had an amazing time after that everything was perfect all because this young girl showed a true passion for helping people. Even though she seemed to be having a hard day. She never let us see it. We just happened to notice while she wasn’t around the table.“

“Our anniversary dinner was great. Friendly casual atmosphere with 5 star cuisine. You have never had potato soup like this. Bread was fresh and the Ahi tuna was flavor packed. The star of the meal was the Rib Eye. Best steak I have had in many years. We will return. Kudos to our waitress April and the Owner Steve. Both were true foodies like myself. “We always love Ruth's Chris. Admittedly, we have high expectations when we choose to dine there. We were a little disappointed last night; we felt rushed. We weren't even half finished with our salads when our entrees were served. One of the steaks was very undercooked based on the way we ordered. We were never asked if we wanted another glass of wine and my water was never refilled, nor was I asked if I needed more (even though my glass was almost empty). We really like this restaurant and I'm sure we'll go again, but were just disappointed with our most recent experience.“

“Heather (with bow) waited on me. I was a special customer where I asked for specifics. When some of my food wasn’t up to par, she had them to remake it. She talked to her manager about my experience and they gave me a discount. It says a lot about Heather being there for her customers from beginning to end. I hope the next time I go, Heather (with bow) is there.“

While the service is consistently good as well, JoAnn did a great job of taking care of me. She made sure that I had everything I needed and wanted, and checked on me frequently. “Absolutely in love with this restaurant now from the ambiance to the food everything is amazing! We started with the brie cheese, which was great. Deep fried cheese, and delicious fruit, you can't go wrong. He had a old fashioned and I had a long Island. Both perfectly poured. We then had our soup/salad. He had the Syrian salad, I had the steak soup! My soup was realllly reallly good and he had some sort of infused cheese on his salad that was to die for. For dinner I had the 6oz filet, he had the Ribeye. It was thick, both steaks were cooked perfectly. For dessert I got a chocolate mousse they had just whipped up. It was super sweet, and I probably wouldn't get it again, but look forward to trying another dessert next time. For my 31st birthday I was very satisfied with the quality and the price!“
