If this place isn’t the best, where are you eating sushi??? In Japan?!

Akira sushi DOMINATES in comparison to any other sushi restaurant I’ve ever been. I have tried sushi in the OKC metro area and in the DFW area. Even after trying several other sushi restaurants, Akira is STILL the best. Always has been.

“Passing through Owasso, and stumbling upon this foodery was pleasantly surprised. I had my non-service dog with me, so decided to order to go with dog waiting in entrance area. Service was impressive with manager directly taking care of my situation. Food was exceptional -- I ordered fish tacos which was an easy to go lunch -- and very pleased. Only drawback was, sauce was made with canned tomatoes not fresh. Otherwise, I will return and happily try other dishes.”

“I love Texas Roadhouse but it’s difficult to have a conversation with the loud music blaring like it’s a dance club and the constant barrage of happy birthday festivities coupled with everyone in the place having to yell to each other setting at their own table just to carry on a conversation!! We asked the manger if the music could be turned down a little when she stopped by to check on the table and she literally went” huh?” Because she couldn’t hear what we were saying!!! lol and I said “exactly” anyway it was still blaring when we left!! Good food just not a place to enjoy your dining companions while you eat!”

“I'm visiting from San Antonio and this place is more authentic than others in the area while still bringing in the OkieMex/TexMex favorites we all love. The flavor profile is what it should be with their birria tacos/consume being absolutely delicious! The protein toppings are well worth the price! The counter service was very friendly and the restaurant itself looked very clean.

“Great BBQ Spot! I got the 4 meat combo as it was only $18.99 and it was more meat that I could handle in one sitting! The portions and sides are very large and the meals come with free cobbler. The night we went they also had a gentlemen playing guitar and singing. Highly recommended!”

“Had an opportunity for breakfast out the other day and opted for the new Jimmy's Egg in Owasso.
Place is spotlessly clean and moderatly kitschy in a good sorta way.
Decent menu offering with a few things you don't ordinarily see. I landed on the meat lover's omelet, hash browns and biscuit and gravy.
Service was fast, friendly and often, keeping my coffee hot and topped off.
Food arrived very quickly, which worked since there were only a small handful of patrons at the time.
The omelet was good. I went with the proffered Monterey Jack cheese, which isn't always my favorite, but overall, it was a good omelet. Plenty of meat and the eggs weren't overcooked.
Hash browns were a little overcooked for my taste, but still pretty good. I like them a little thicker with a slight crunch on the outside and that steamy and velvety soft inside.
Biscuit was good sized with a decent serving of gravy. The gravy had a really good flavor, not bland at all. The biscuit was crunchy on the outside with light and fluffy on the inside.
Overall, a really good breakfast offering, one I would gladly visit again.”

“My expectations were already low. I opened the sandwich and saw the filling was lumped in the middle with excess bread all around. The sandwich was cut in half. When I took the first bite my taste buds were rewarded and I understood the generous as filling began to fill up the excess space without leaking out in my hand. BEST REUBEN EVER! Perfectly seasoned beef, fresh tasting kraut and bread that actually tastes like rye.”

“It has been years since I visited a Goldie's even though I live right down the street! I have obviously been taking it for granted, because they were awesome!! Food was on point and brought back pleasant memories from my youth (like in Ratatouille ?) - tasted just like I remembered. Prices were still fair and service was wonderful. Place could use a little updating for those who didn't grow up with Goldie's, but for those of us that did, it has been kept up well, like a time capsule, which has an appeal all it's own.

Also, let's not forget the pickle bar, which was lovely as always. ❤️?”

We also had the cheese wanton (so good!) and a spring roll and egg roll each. I got the small with a side of noodles and it was too much food. It was very fresh and so tasty. I’m super picky about Asian food and this wasn’t too spicy or too bland or too extra weird spices added. The people were very nice and it was made fresh to order but still fast. We enjoyed it a lot.”

We simply wanted a different type of cheese but they said they aren't allowed to make changes. I don't know if this is true or not. If so, that's insane. If it's not true, this is the second time an incompetent employee has taken our order. Either way is not acceptable. I would love for Brahms to reply and let us know if this is an actual official policy or not.”

“This is the best pizza we have had in Owasso so far. I ordered late at night right before they closed. Most places are putting things away so they are upset to have to make something. Plus at the end of the day the food has been out all day and welted. But when we got our pizza it looked fresh and delicious. I wasn't disappointed when I got home to try it. We didn't get sick like the last two pizza places we tried. I go by reviews to know wither to try the place out or not. That's why I was surprised to see this place have low reviews. Overall: Waffle House isn't fine dining, and it doesn't pretend to be. It's a classic American diner that delivers consistent, satisfying food in a unique and often entertaining atmosphere. It's a place where you can get a good meal, a friendly chat, and a taste of Americana, all at a reasonable price. While it might not be a five-star gourmet experience, it's a solid four stars for what it is – a reliable, always-open, and genuinely enjoyable place to grab a bite. I'll definitely be back – probably sooner rather than later!”
