“We enjoyed an amazing dining experience yesterday with friends @ Risposta Bistro. It started From the moment we arrived, when the aroma of wood smoke met us just outside the door, we entered to a warm and welcoming greeting from Chef Patrick. We enjoyed live music and the ambience and service was excellent. We were told the menu is updated every other week. The appetizers of fois gras, wood oven pizza and a beautifully plated Caesar salad were all delicious. For our mains we enjoyed pappardelle bolognese and a lovely chicken tagliatelle with a Lucious and flavourful cream sauce. All pasta is house made and so tender. Our friends enjoyed a GF penne bolognese (and they had an extensive offering of GF options) and a pumpkin and calamari risotto. Don’t forgot to try the smoked cocktails! Our entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in Campbellville! Thank you! We’ll be back!”

She did not miss a beat, we were extremely happy with the service, the food was steaming hot and we left with our bellies full. “1 was there on vacation with daughter and grandkids, and visited the restaurant because the food looked delicious, and it was but my grand daughter got sick that evening continuous vomiting and stomach and had to rushed to Urgent care after spending $300 on the meal which wasn't a problem, the wrong order was brought out first I was very disappointed, Don't know if I would visit again( I really don't think the shrimp were cooked correctly.”

The restaurant called us to know our spice level preferences which in my opinion is very thoughtful and they exactly maintained the spice level we asked for. There was some discrepancy in the bill but it was immediately rectified as soon as we brought it to their notice ,that too on a busy Valentine day eve. ,it was an exceptional customer service which is rare to see and was very impressive.All in all great value for money and delicious authentic Indian food . “Food is awesome. I usually order the lasagna, rose penne and the eggplant parm for Christmas or holidays. Amazing is an under statement. I am Italian and these dishes are comparable to my grandmother’s (Nonna). My Italian and none Italian family and friends enjoy these particular dishes very much and it’s always the talk at the table for how delicious the food is from Main Street Italian eatery. They can’t be beaten for price, quality and flavours… no way. The service is like I’m speaking to family members and the atmosphere is very nostalgic for myself as I grew up with my grandparents down in St. Clair avenue downtown Toronto and my grandfather would bring me to all the cafes and treat me to a cappuccino and desert. 🤗”
