“My wife and I stopped by yesterday evening (Tues. Aug08), as we’ve driven by a few times, and always wondered what they were like.It is a tad small (not their fault obviously), but they do offer many varieties of products considering that. We ended up leaving with a couple of items from the oven, some calabrese buns, a cold pre-made sandwich, some peanut butter, salt caramel, and empire cookies.Both my wife and I agree that everything we purchased was fantastic, and much better than we anticipated from a small location, late in the evening. The bread, and cookies were still very fresh. The sandwich was very good, and the patty not overly dry.And more importantly, the young lady who was looking after our order, and who then checked us out, was absolutely wonderful! Very polite, personable, and friendly. “Warmed up the apple crumble pie and had it with vanilla ice cream. The crumbles were so crispy and apple pieces were soft but not mushy. Perfect sweetness and super cinnamon-y which is the way I like it. I can’t wait to try the other fruit pies!! ?“

“This is a hidden gem restaurant. It's some of the best Italian food I've eaten. Ordered the cheese tortellini and penne pasta. Tray size that could feed 10 people for like $60. It is fantastic, and the family run business also has great friendly customer service. A must go if you're in the Milton area.“

“Unfortunately never got to sit in and eat any of their food despite repeat attempts. It seems to be the only place in Hamilton that does not understand the basic concept of holding tables/reservations/taking a name down to ring them back.I was told that if I need a table either I wait 20 mins right there, or go away for 10 mins and come back and then go away again if there’s no table. But nobody could guarantee me that since I came first could come back in 20 for said table and probably do something productive in the meantime. “I stopped in today (for the first time) to pick up my order for Christmas cookies and I have to say … wow the smell emanating throughout this tiny bakery shop was amazing. I was greeted by the most charming woman whose name I didn’t get sadly ? If you haven’t stopped in to this bakery where everything is made from scratch (!!!!!) you are really missing out !!! All their baked goods are awesome and their selection of Christmas goodies are plentiful. “Came here to watch the 2024 solar eclipse. Didn’t expect to buy anything but we did. Didn’t expect to have the best bread I’ve ever had in my life but I did. Cannot recommend their potato scallion loaf enough! The staff were so sweet (even let us borrow an extra pair of eclipse glasses) and their pecan butter tarts are amazing too!“

“LOVE LOVE LOVE the mimosa flights. Thought they were so cute and unique flavors. Went for a birthday breakfast with my sister and partner who aren't vegan. My sister got the cauliflower wings and avocado toast. She said the toast was quite chewy and the wings weren't great. My boyfriend got the democracy breakfast and said the toast wasn't great either but the rest was pretty good! I got the just eggs Benny, which was pretty good overall but was really cold. Overall we enjoyed our meal and the portions are large and fairly priced.“

Please don’t EVER stop selling these cause I just can’t go back to regular supermarket gluten free bagels again. No matter where you go all gluten free breads are expensive but these bagels are worth every penny and I buy them regularly. “Amazing pastries. I especially love the almond and chocolate croissants. Not too sweet, just perfect. Tiramisu was amazing as well. Lattes were just a bit too milky. The pasteis de nata, while discounted 50% since they were older, I just think they are best when fresh and should be made fresh daily. We visited around 11am. Lots of seating and big windows.
