“Heard great thing about George’s, I decided to give it a go tonight for a nice chicken dinner. The George’s chicken club sandwich is absolutely delicious, I was looking for something more on the healthier side.Thats why i got the fries too?? the fries were fantastic!!! “Wow. That was the most amazing corned beef I’ve ever tasted. Everything was perfect. The sauerkraut, the mustard. Everything. The consistency and seasoning of the meat was on point and it was very juicy. Good thing the two teenagers behind me were talking loud and I was able to catch onto this I tried the house special and understand why it is so special. It's a simple sandwich, but the flavours all together are super tasty. The dynamic of the fresh mozzarella, tomato and variety of meats really go hand in hand It's nice to see shops like this in Toronto, as they are pretty rare to come by. The shop itself is a food emporium and deli, with a sandwich spot in the back. Service goes by quick especially on weekends, so there isn't much interacting to do. Is it the best sandwich I've had in Toronto? Honestly, maybe. The sandwich is simple but I loved the quality of everything and the hot pepper jam really topped things off. Could I make this at home? Probably. But this is still a place I'd recommend for others to try!“

“Hi lovely sandwich but I'm slightly disappointed with the way the couple approached me when I was trying to place an order .They assumed I was a delivery person working for online platforms without even asking assuming looking at my skin color ,whereas all I wanted was to place an order .Did not set the right tone nevertheless will be definitely going again . “First off, it’s good, I can taste the actual meat, it’s tender, and not overmarinated hence mild taste but not overwhelmingly salty. But is it Michelin good? I think it’s quite questionable, it’s 8/9 out of 10 in my opinion, but definitely worth a try. I’m giving 5 stars anyway.“

No matter how many times you buy it will taste the exact same.Recently tried their Sheppards pie. So fresh!Want something homey, try their chicken noodle soup.There is something for every mood/every weather in this store. Brightens up my day every single time!Even their cheese collection is priced reasonably and is made in house. So far I’ve tried their provolone, Swiss cheese and Parmesan. “Overall good food in this small deli on Avenue Road near the intersection with Lawrence. Nice and clean location with plenty of seating. Good for takeout with decent choices on the menu. Honestly - all good, but not necessarily amazing, principally for a couple of reasons. First, the sandwiches are absolutely fresh with amply portions of fresh meat, but they were not overwhelmingly different or especially flavorful. Second, the menu is slightly more expensive - especially given the first point. As a consumer, I would pay for unique, but unfortunately Dave's was not different enough to support a premium price for the meal.“

“Everytime I go to Pacific mall to walk or hangout with friends, I would go to there just to order some fishballs. This place is really good. For reccomendations I would say: the red sausage, fishball and their beefballs. In addition to the beefballs, it is flavourful and I could savor every bite out of it. Overall a really good place for a snack.“

The staff were absolutely fantastic in helping me place the order and coordinate the delivery and our family said the food was delicious! “We were craving crepes and stumbled on this place. It’s a tiny sit down spot, with wonderful service and delicious crepes. You can make reservations and I would recommend it since seating is limited. Don’t come in a rush, they make everything from scratch so it does take some time. If you have never eaten a crepe fresh off the frying pan, let me tell you it’s worth the extra time. We got a sweet and a savory crepe to share and they were both delicious. Still, it's the best deli food you'd get in the area in my opinion and quite reasonably priced for the portion (their bfast special is quite cheap). Stuff I've had:- Breakfast Special ($10.11 incl tax): 4/5I chose to get sausages, home fries and scrambled eggs. It came with toast of your choice (I got whole wheat). Great portion for the price, was tasty overall. My only complaint: eggs weren't seasoned enough.- Pastrami Sandwich (iirc): 4/5They gave a LOT of meat with the sandwich and a pickle on the side. Twas my first time enjoying eating a pickle whole like that.- Eggs Benedict: (I think) 4/5Had this over a year ago but I remembered it to be quite good. Fell in love with their hollandaise sauce!!“
