“This is probably my favorite sushi place in the London area. The service and food are fantastic. I only order vegetarian sushi, so I can't comment on the quality of the fish, but the vegetarian ingredients are fresh and tasty. My favorites are the yam avocado roll and inari sushi. I haven't found a lot of sushi places in London that actually do the stuffed inari. I highly recommend it!“
“Absolutely love and adore this place. Excellent food. Excellent service. Everything tastes super fresh. My favourite are the udon noodles. Perfect chewy perfection and the umami of the broth is pure deliciousness. The place is a very quaint and intimate. Great place to have great food and eat alone. The sushi is way better than places like Plaza Sushi and 168 sushi.“
“I got a takeout veggie tempura combo plate (cost $16 + tax), which included three pieces of california roll, two pieces of gyoza, and very decent portions of salad, rice and miso soup.Really, I just want to talk about the portion of the tempura... I should have taken a photo or counted, but there must have been like 10 HUGE pieces of crispy, hot, delicious tempura. Holy cow, I was so stuffed. Everything tasted fresh, excellent quality and great portions for the price. It says two $ signs when you search this place up on Google, I would really give this place one $, given the portion size. I would certainly be returning very soon. Only thing I would recommend is that they give more soy sauce and some wasabi. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a better sushi experience.“
“We went for the first time during the Londonlicious event a couple months ago and returned again for another wonderful meal. Jully remembered us and what we had before! Very friendly and generous service, along with authentic Japanese decor and atmosphere, we loved trying a little bit of everything. The pork belly was particularly delightful!“
“My whole family loves this place. Excellent food and service. We especially love all of the fruit drinks and the katsu in any form. My kids really like the jjajangmyeon. The K-pop playing on the TVs makes it perfect. Would highly recommend and they deliver too.“
“My Boyfriend and I had some really big sushi cravings one night and were looking for places to eat. After looking on Google maps we stumbled on Sushi Ya. We had never heard of it so we thought we should try. They had amazing service, GREAT Food, really good prices, and even a little booklet to see what each meal looks like which was very helpful to decide. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be going again!“

“we went (last night) for new years 2024 the place was insanely busy, every table was taken and it appeared most parties joining after us had reservations. luckily by chance we happened to get a seat without reservations after a short wait despite the fact the restaurant was at capacity. the menu was fantastic, the food was exceptional and service was still good even though they were at capacity. I was shocked after my years of eating sushi that i had not been here prior. fantastic, will be returning again.“
“This is without a doubt the best place to eat in London. The Veggie Poke Bowl is to die for. The staff are incredibly kind and so fast! I've been eating here for a few years (since they opened) and I am 100% addicted. I'm moving out of province and I had to get one last bowl before I go. It's THAT good. I recommend this to everyone all the time!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are diverse and vast. The veggie poke bowl is unreal but the maki rolls are also so, so good! A++“
“The staff were great very accommodating and easy to talk to have answers to all questions I had about the food. The food itself is amazing everything I had was stunning. I had the beef tatiki which was out of this world strongly if you like beef you’ll love this. It comes as a cold meat topped with crispy vegetables which worked well with texture. Also ordered the karaage which is fried chicken it was nice nothing spectacular exactly what you’d expect. I then ordered a mini maki maki. All were amazing sushi my personal favourite was the Hell’s Kitchen. Overall amazing experience I strongly suggest you book as it’s very busy there.“

“Our "go to" place in North London for special occasions, always super fast, super friendly, and absolutely delicious. Discount if paying cash. Kids under 3 eat free, which is nice for us because our toddler eats raw fish like a grizzly bear coming out of hibernation. Also, their fish tank is always fun and well maintained which is nice for the kids.In a world where prices are higher than snoop dog and quality is harder to find than a gold flake in your box of fruit loops, not once have I ever gone here and felt like I didn't get my money's worth.Clean, fast, awesome staff, great food, can't complain one bit.Parking: It's where you store your vehicle when you go in to eat and unnecessary if you walk or take public transit... Lol. Use the gigantic lot to the side of the building if there's nothing out front.Kid-friendliness: Never felt like we shouldn't bring the whole family. Very accommodating, always lets us sit by the fish in a booth.“

“I have noticed that food there are not great as my wife got sick when she ate dinner at home. I have noticed that the integrient for Asian food is terrible. I would give 2 stars. I will not comment this to someone until Food need lot of improvement. I will not go back to buy Asian dinner there.“

“NOTHING SHORT OF MAGICAL! We got the Party Tray B twice now and it's sooo good. One of the best sushi places in London for sure.Good ratio of fish with rice, and the sushi rice is perfectly seasoned and really soft. The salmon tasted fresh and flavourful. Only critique is that the crab tasted kinda artificial but otherwise everything else was amazing! Give this place a try!“
