This Chinese bakery is located inside First Markham Place, near the food court. The prices are very cheap. There is a menu for drinks you can order to be made. They have a table of mooncakes out front since it is mid autumn festival. I got a pineapple taro bun - there was no label so I didn't know what it was. Not the greatest buns. Cheaper price is reflective on quality. The bbq pork barely has any pork but has a nice bbq pork sauce. The green bean bun doesn't have much filling and is flavourless.

The buns/baked goods have always been fresh, very reasonably priced, packaged individually and then in a bag.Their HK milk tea is good.I've had their sausage bun, curry bun, and other breads and never had an issue.Aunty is always quick and efficient. She's helpful if you ever have any questions. Basic Markham service, efficient and to the point ?I've seen the scalding reviews and was shocked by some of them - I've only had positive experiences here.
