Very clean restaurant, friendly staff but very cheap with the toppings, I went a month ago and again last week and asked for lots of pickles on my large subs, she put 8 on, I asked for more and got 12. Not what I'd call lots. Tomatoes were very thin too. I only asked for pickles and mayo so it wasn't like I was piling on the toppings. Excellent Mr Sub , franchise. The owner takes pride in a clean and welcoming restaurant. Ingredients are fresh . Staff is helpful . Every time I visit always have excellent customer service . Craving a sub / sandwich in markham , this place is a definite go.

I went to the Mr. Sub and I have been coming here for a very long time (since I was a little girl). The old owner retired and now they have become very cheap. They put 3 pickles and 3 banana peppers on my sub, I kindly asked for extra but I got attitude back. It gets frustrating when you come so often.
