“We walked in and no one served us for 5 mins but I wasn't concerned because I could hear loud classic latin music in the back.

We eventually got our order which was Friday 2lb 2 flavour special with two drinks and a side.

The fried were perfectly crispy.

The wings were juicy and flavourful.

I asked to taste their hottest sauce and they provided me with a flight of 3 of their top sauces.

The I dare you sauce was definitely the hottest and by far my favorite one.

This place simply does it right and really doesn't need my endorsement as the food and service speaks for itself

“Their frying technique is really good. Super crispy on the outside. Very juicy on the inside. The portion sizes are nice. The medium portion is around an entire chickens amount of meat. “Ordered pizza online and paid in advance by credit card. Tried to do another order for additional items but website would not accept any of the 5 different payment methods I tried.

I arrived at the store at the correct time, and saw my order ready to pick up. But the staff member had to take 7+ minutes to receive an order on the phone. By the time he took the phone order there were 10+ customers waiting to pick up orders. Eventually took 15+ minutes to pick up an order.
The staff member charged me the incorrect amount because part of my order was already paid online. But, with the large unruly crowd I did not want to delay further.

To make matters worse, the personal pizzas we recieved were badly irregular in shape, looking more like lopsided squares with uneven toppings and crusts.

EDIT: I have been back several times since the disastrous incident. Food quality is better and more consistent and they are more organized. Wings pretty good. Fries not good. Personal pizzas great online deal on Tuesdays“

“I never do reviews, but Grill It Up has made me do it. Today the women and man’s energy working there was flowing with positivity and excitement. But heres the juicy part of why im giving it all 5 stars and writing a review for a restaurant which I haven’t done in so long. My total was $21.46 and I handed the man $20 and a $5 but he refused to take the $5. I kept offering saying no I will pay the full total but the man was happily reluctant and said no keep it and to just give him $20. So then I did give him the $20 and when I thought it was all done he yelled back and said I gave him an extra $20 which I then realized I did and I came back to get it it from him. Honesty is a rare commodity nowadays and the people who run Grill It Up have so much honesty and positivity the world should learn from it. There’s like 2 other Asian type similar restaurants there but trust me, go to Grill It Up. They’ll pack your box and feel like family. Shout out to the man and women working today, your honesty and vibes made my day.
