Most of the time, they are at the top of their game with the quantity and quality of the toppings. On rare occasions, the base may be burnt, or edges may be totally devoid of sauce and toppings. Why do they pass on such pizzas to the customers instead of making a new one? Is the quality check failing them? Is it that they don't want to miss the approximate minutes turnaround? An error in my address during the order process resulted in my food being delivered to the wrong house. When I called to ask when my order might come, it turned out the address the driver had was wrong (possibly my error but not sure), the lovely lady who was assisting me on the phone promptly replaced the order and had it delivered within 30 minutes. (The driver also brought the first order that had been left at the wrong house and evidently returned.) Very grateful for the superb...read full review

Efficient Pizza maker, i order and i arrive at the store in less than 10 min and my order is almost always ready. The pizza's are made nicely and of similar quality over time even if different teams work on it. This location has been nicer to me than others in the area. The only negative element i could mention is that the "customer" area is very tiny but its efficient, there is a clear screen indicating the upcoming orders.
