I usually never leave a bad review, you can even check my profile and see that I don’t because I don’t get upset or offended easily, but the last two times I’ve come here has been an awful experience. The customer service is the worst. People here are very rude and seem very angry. The first time I just asked for what bagels are available, and the lady’s at the drive through mumbled them and then got angry when I asked again saying “I just told you!”. They really need to make a more consistent coffee...one day it's good, the next day not so good and tastes a bit different....McDonald's may not have better coffee but it's always the same...
