There are two locations, the one on the main floor is better as it is an actual location with wood panelling and order panel. The food is standard and pretty good. The staff wears gloves and some wears masks. Prices are cheaper than other food options
This store, located at the hospital's main entrance, has really taken a nosedive the last year or so. Service is super slow and it's next to impossible to get a staff member to help you if you have a question. Beware of mobile ordering from this location: orders are not filled in a timely manner (most recently, I waited 15 minutes for a wrap and iced coffee), and they aren't always open, as the app says they are.
