“The restaurant is in a beautiful space, close to public transportation. The food is delicious and made with quality ingredients. The portions are good. I got the Moroccan Scramble with tofu, and it was amazing! The staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. Even though they were packed, I got my food pretty quickly. I most definitely recommend this spot.“

“Super crowded japanese brunch spot (even at 11:00 on Monday!). Amazing food overall with decent sized portions and pricing. Here's what the 2 of us ordered:1. Salmon Eggs Benny ($18.50): 5/5Came with 2 bennies, salad, and a few smashed baby potatoes in seaweed salt. The yuzu hollandaise they used was very good, but they only gave 1 strip of smoked salmon per benny. The muffin was SO GOOD: fluffy and chewy but not rubbery at all. Best part? THE POTATOES. They are SO. GOOD. especially with the seasoning they put. Highly recommend this dish.2. Shrimp Mentaiko Spaghetti ($25): 5/5The mentaiko sauce was super creamy and not overly salty but still had that strong seafood flavour. Not very generous with the shrimp, but it was good, crispy shrimp (like the ones at dimsum places). Best part: SUN-DRIED TOMATOES. They added a nice sour-salty flavour and paired surprisingly well (I usually hate tomatoes).(P.S. when we came at 10:40ish and ordered, we overheard them saying "mentaiko finished" so it might be that this dish runs out quick? So get it when its there!!!)3. Hojicha Latte ($5.50): 5/5Cute art! Not too sweet, strong hojicha flavour. Quality of the tea they used is comparable to the one I got in Japan!4. Kinako Black Sesame Cheesecake ($8.50): 4.5/5Rather small slice of cheesecake but really good. The black sesame flavour was there but not overpowering, well-balanced with the cheese flavour. We got this as a freebie for posting on social media (a promo they have going on rn).The resto itself is really small (only seats ~20 people) so make sure to come early or you'd be waiting for a while. There's also a seating time limit (75min I think?), but the food comes out quite fast. Service is great. Deffffff coming back!“

“The best discovery we've made in Toronto! The lady who takes order is the nicest person ever! The service and the food were amazing. I don't think I've ever eaten more fresh fruits in a restaurant before, the strawberries were amazing! I took a waffle and the texture was on point. I would move to Toronto only to eat there more often haha we will try our best to come back and will tell everyone we know to go there too!“

“This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

“My friend and I had a delicious Filipino breakfast of House Pork Sausage with fried eggs and garlic rice at this tiny eatery near Bathurst and College. Also shared some scrumptious fried chicken. Everything that we ordered from the small menu was very good. Service was very attentive, courteous and friendly. Because this restaurant is quite small in size and limited in seating, we suggest that you go early to avoid the need to wait for a seat. That said, BBs is well worth a trip. Highly recommended.“

“I came here on a Tuesday morning, around 11:15 am, for a table of two. The place was only about 30-40% full so there was plenty of space with no need to make a reservation. I liked that they have a "join waitlist" on Google/Yelp so that's also a handy tool to give you an idea about how busy it is in real time. The place is a good-sized cafe, feels spacious, and is clean.I was immediately seated, brought waters, and a receipt to scan a QR code for ordering. Service was okay - after eating, they came around twice while we were chatting to fill our cups of water and they were quite timely with taking away dirty cups and dishes when we were done, but they staff are pretty quiet and don't interact very much with customers. We sat till about 12:30 pm and never felt rushed to leave.I ordered their THAI RED CURRY CLAM SPAGHETTI as combing through their Google photos, it seemed like a really popular pick. Curry isn't usually my go-to but I did really enjoy this flavor which was strong with a subtle kick and heat from the spice. My only real "bad" thing to say though is that the end was quite oily. Sauce was plenty and the texture of the noodles was good. There was a good amount of clams to pair, all of which were opened and ready to eat. Note, they are quite small in size. For my beverage, I ordered an AFFOGATO which was perfect. The ratio of vanilla ice cream to espresso was spot on. Coincidentally, I think the sweetness and creaminess from this drink paired well with my spaghetti to cut the heat.My friend ordered a hot latte and the art on it was beautiful! Overall, I love the presentation of this place which added to o the vibe, in addition to their decor. There's a decent amout of free parking space in the lot, but can be difficult to find spots on occasion just due to the sheer business of the plaza.“

“Amazing vegan brunch options! I visited today for the first time and had the utopia breakfast. The tofu scramble was so flavourful, the tempeh bacon was delicious, and the portions were generous. I loved that the menu had plenty of vegan options that were on par with the non-vegan, not just lesser versions. The staff was lovely and attentive. I am looking forward to visiting again!“

“What a cute little place to go for brunch! Some friends and I stopped by here on a Saturday morning to go for brunch. We read the reviews in advance, and knew that it would take at least 30-45 min to have a seat especially if your coming at peak times (11am ish). So we did have to wait. They’ll take your number down and contact you when the table is ready.Upon entering, the restaurant is small, but you’ll have your seat and space to eat comfortably!I couldn’t decide between the delicious looking pancake stack or a savoury egg with crab, but i ended up going with the crab. My friends tried the other sandwiches available and they loved it. Not going to lie, i was expecting more than what looked like a table spoon of crab meat! But it was good quality, and did taste good. Just with the quantity was a bit more to make the price worth it.Service was great and helpful. Highly recommend giving this place a try - they don’t take reservations, so come in early and put yourself on the waitlist, and then maybe wait in the Tims across the street or something !“

“This is my fav Brunch in Toronto. The Divorciados with eggs or the delicious mushrooms is my go to, and is good with the gluten free toast, or the sourdough. I have been known to come just to pick up a cup of their drip coffee and a side of their ancho jam, so unique and yummy. The staff is great. Bottomless coffee, always refilled just when you want it. I have liked everything I’ve tried.“

“Come early on the weekends! It’s a small space so we ended up waiting over an hour for a table. I tried the Bulgogi Benedict and my friends and I decided the share the Cereal Milk French Toast. The Benedict was really good and the sweetness from the meat complimented the overall savouriness from everything else. Our server warned us the potatoes would be spicy which we thought was funny because they just tasted of salt and paprika. The french toast itself was really fluffy and crispy where you wanted it to be. I found the cereal milk mascarpone to be a little grainy and a bit of an odd texture. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying the earl grey pancakes instead.“

“Great family-owned resto. We were greeted with smiles immediately and the food came within 10 minutes. We were served by Thomas, the son of the owners…he was very friendly. We were asked no fewer than four times if we wanted more coffee (by all the servers which says a lot about a resto to me). The coffee is quite strong but better that than too weak like a lot of other places. The menu includes all the breakfast options. The Hollandaise is not homemade but still decent. The syrup is not real but still ok. The pancakes are huge. They serve real butter. It wasn’t noisy which is often the case at breakfast places. I love that they have booths. They are wheelchair accessible and have their own free parking. Only one con: no freshly-squeezed juice.“

“After searching through tons of listings for breakfast near us, we settled on this restaurant. We came on a Friday morning and were sat immediately but a pleasant staff member. The menu options are substantial but we settled on the four cheese omelette and the banana, nut, and caramel French toast. My mom really loved her French toast! It was flavorful and cooked nicely. She enjoyed her coffee as well. I did not order coffee as I felt the prices were a bit high. My four cheese omelet was ok, it definitely could have been hotter when it arrived at the table and the cheese was not sufficiently melted for my taste. That being said, it tasted fine and i enjoyed the cheese combination. The home fries were cooked perfectly and the toast was good. The service was great, except the server did not come back and check on how the food was, as I am accustomed to. I’m not sure I would have asked her to have them beat my omelet more but I do like to have the opportunity. The vibe in this restaurant is pretty cool, I like the color scheme and the general setup. All in all, not the best but still good. .“

“I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a fantastic time here that I just have to! The food was delicious and arrived SO fast, despite me asking for adjustments. I was very surprised by the speed. My server was also very friendly, personable and attentive. We connected on a personal level, which made the visit memorable for me. The atmosphere was very modern and neat. Prices were decent, too. No waiting, despite arriving at a busy time. Overall, fantastic experience.“

“Cozy café.Tried their "red cappuccino," a decaf cappuccino. The owners were so friendly and whipped it up in no time, served with a dainty almond cookie. They have a wide assortment of very tasty looking cookies, and allegedly delicious Portuguese tarts.Only a few tables on the inside (they have a patio outside for warmer days), but it's a lovely atmosphere overall ?Sidenote, the personalized napkins; super cute and it shows their attention to detail!“

“Stopped by School to meet friends for a weekend brunch. This place is a staple in Liberty Village with its industrial interior and charming greenery patio with red tables. The service was efficient and friendly. We had the Super Cheesy Bacon French Toast and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffles. The French toast was indeed super cheesy, making it very savoury. The chicken and waffles, mixed with maple syrup, created a delightful sweet and savoury combo. A latte rounded out the meal perfectly. Overall, a great brunch spot in Liberty Village. Highly recommended!“

Food and service both caught us by pleasant surprise, and the experience is something I'll definitely have fond memories over whenever I hear about this place. Thanks to Karina for the wonderful service and the kitchen staff for the amazing food!“
