Stopped to grab a coffee. I don't understand why it takes so long to order and get your coffee. It needs to be faster. Got a reply which said tks for the positive review. Please, someone tell me what was positive about my review . Also I never received my roll for roll up the rim. Just b.s.
The initial cashier was nice. She took our order. They forgot to give the Donut and the other server seemed annoyed when I asked for it. No sorry, thank you?? Not a big deal but make the customer feel valued.Also used the washroom, not very clean and dryer didn't work. Last thing was the napkins. Most Tim's have the napkins readily available for customers. Its common now that customer service is going away from this tim. It used to be a good one but now "thank you or sorry " no more exist for the people working inside. The people in the drive through does not even care to look at the customer while serving, that explains not saying thank you or acknowledging
