Love United Bakers; staple at Lawrence Plaza for decades. Children who grew up going there for pea soup with their grandparents are now bringing their own children. One of the most authentic and wholesome spots in Toronto.
Went there for brunch and also picked up a few turnovers from the bakery. This place gets busy - after all it’s been there for a century. Some of the best bagels in town and yes do try the potato pancakes! The service could be a tad faster and beside that simply

I come here for uber and doordash. It is a very interesting place. It's full and there are people waiting in line. Demand is high. The staff is very attentive, and if there is a long wait, they buy drinks. I don't know anything about food because I've never eaten it.
