“I have always been impressed by the extremely prompt and friendly service provided by staff at this Tims location even though they experience some very large "rushes" of clients!!!! ?Parking: More than enough parking spaces available and the parking lot blends right into the drive-thru which makes it even more convenient for the people who are driving.“
“Went today to get some timbits and stopped at Tim's on Frank Bender and Innes rd. Great little place, inside C convenience. I had to wait for 2 min but it was worth it, timbits were so fresh and place was real clean.Two employees very busy but nice. I'll definitively go back again.I love that I can see when they put my order together. No unpleasant surprises later.“
“Every tims is different , language issues is the biggest for me getting the wrong coffee after my order us taken , also customers with large orders at drive thrue should be asked to order inside so not to slow the drive thrue, so I do not have to smell the fumes from cars ahead and cigarette smoke coming out of there windows this one is for the Health Dept to inspect and fine the drivers who smoke especially bear the window where you pay“

“This Tim Hortons is in the food court at Place d'Orléans Shopping Centre. There is always a line up. I have literally never seen this place without a line up. Fortunately, the staff are pretty efficient because the wait is always much shorter that it looks like it will be. They have a good selection of items and their full menu is available despite not being a actual store (it's not a Tim Hortons Express were the menu is limited, like some food court or kiosk locations are). Free parking in the mall parking lot.“
“Sometimes, the taste of Tim's coffee is inconsistent. However, this location usually doesn't disappoint. Used for drive-through, and it's usually pretty quick to order, pay, and pick up via drive-thru. I go mostly in mornings and the staff is always pleasant to deal with.“

If really fresh,the exterior is so nice and crispy!Had to settle for a chocolate dip donut, my second favorite donut.So darn good and so fresh.I thought about one of their healthy soups. but chocolate is good for ya.Even though the staff has to face very fresh air when that window opens, they are always so pleasant and always get my order right.“
“It's the biggest Tim Hortons in Stittsville. It's always a hit or miss. I order Bagel BELT and dark roast with no cream. Sometimes, the dark roast is extremely stale. Food is not bad the majority of the time. Expect to get wrong orders frequently. I ordered the order mentioned above and got 3 xl dark roasts. ALWAYS check the order.“
