“Since the hurricane closed the Tim's on Medherst, this has become a very important location serving the largest Timmy-less area in Ottawa, from Fallowfield to Baseline, and basically all the way until Tim's at Metro plaza on Greenbank.But the service hasn't leveled up to the rising demand unfortunately. In my last three pre-orders I pre ordered a large coffee for a meeting (the take 12 ones), set a time to pickup, and each time I got there they would ask me to pull aside and wait for an additional ten minutes or so. They should call it take 12 minutes.My message to upper management:Adding machines that keep beeping when an order is late is a proven method in increasing employees' anxiety and customers annoyance. Nothing else. Please invest more in your employees so they feel intrinsically motivated to fill those cups faster.As to the branch manager, I know the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you picked this job, so please do your best to improve the service and don't hold yourself to the resources (or lack thereof) you are given.“

“I was sure I reviewed before and was going to update, but can't find, so... very clean, nice seating area, pleasant place to come even though just in a strip mall on Greenbank. Can get busy in the mornings - both drive through and inside ( not the seating area just the queues). 1 of the staff at least does not seem to deal with this well, very sharp with customers. Others seem fine. I have an issue with several Tim Hortons location currently, not having cups for dine in, and no recycling bins inside, and outside a recycling bin but it is not clear for what. I emailed Tim Hortons and they said it's up to each location owner, but they support all environmental responsible programs. And that you can bring your own cup instead for now. I did that, but the lady who served me was not happy about it (she didn't speak to me just glared), though she did put it in my cup. I really like the steeped tea at tim Hortons, much better than the tea served almost anywhere else in Ottawa .“
“Stopped by late morning and the service was amazing. I don't visit Tim's often and wasn't familiar with the menu. That didn't matter because the cashier knew all the breakfast options and quickly guided me through the choices. Food was ready fast, tasted great. They even had milk alternatives. Thank you for making my busy morning so much better!“
“Management needs to spend more time on training their employees.You ask for what you want, and 80% of the time, it's not right. It's like they're scared to even ask for help from one of their teammates, that eventually the line up gets bigger and bigger cause they don't know what to punch in cause they aren't trained properly!!“
“Really friendly staff and the service is nice and fast. The food tastes nice and fresh and the dark roast isn’t bad at all. Making this my daily go to spot for breakfast whilst here in Canada. People described this to me as the Canadian Dunkin. Honestly, it’s way better IMO ?“

“I have been a loyal customer for the past three years, visiting almost every weekend with friends. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and reconsidering my patronage.During our visit on feb 9th I were asked to leave the premises by a waiter , who claimed there had been complaints about our behavior. This came as a complete shock to us, as we have always conducted ourselves respectfully during our previous visits.Not only was rude and accusatory, but her assertion about complaints regarding our behavior seemed completely unfounded and fabricated. This experience left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected, tarnishing what was once an enjoyable weekend ritual.As a regular customer, I believe it's important to highlight such experiences in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon. I urge the management to investigate this incident further and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment.Overall, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others until such issues are addressed and resolved.“

“I find my Tim's experience these days is generally a dice roll, often resulting in feeling like I've wasted my money, but this location was contrary to my low expectations!- Coffee was fresh and a DD tasted like a DD- Food was well prepared and not just "slapped together"- Cashier (Andrew) was well spoken, quick, and extremely polite / friendly“
