“Aside the fact that I just LOVE Timmies in general, i am thrilled with this location. The staff here are always very kind. That doesn't always happen in Quebec, when you speak English to someone, so pleaseknow that it is noticed and VERY appreciated. Especially with my teen son who speaks ZERO French and "has a little Autism in him", as he likes to say. He was pretty close to being terrified when I asked him to go in and order for himself. I happen to be lucky enough to be close to not one, but 2 locations. But, because of everyone's kindness, especially towards my son, this is my "go to" location.Thanks again & keep up the great work! “Bonsoir! Je suis allée à la commande à l’auto à Gatineau au coin du boul. Maloney et de la rue des sables le 19 octobre 2020. L’homme qui m’a servie ma commande était plus que merveilleux! Sa bonne humeur était très contagieuse. Il a laissé sa fenêtre ouverte pour me jaser en attendant ma commande. Il m’a fait sentir très importante et ça fait chaud au coeur d’avoir pu partager un petit moment en temps où l’on ne voit pas nos familles, due à la pandémie!Merci beaucoup!“

“I place mobile orders here usually, when I am working in the office building. By the time I walk my way to the counter, my order is ready for me. They have their mobile orders neatly lined up on the counter with clear names on the receipt stickers, making it easy to spot yours. The employees are always polite and friendly, and the coffee and food is exactly what I expect from any Tim Hortons. 5 stars overall. :)“

“First visit & I was Imprest with how well they were organized it wasn't that busy My grandson & I made our order at the counter I had an habanero rap IT WAS DELICIOUS ? My husband had a Rost Beef sandwich & we had good coffee I had to buy a box of donuts ? “The pastry is amazingly perfect. You can see the work behind it, the way the Baker makes sure that they're of quality when he can choose not to! Most of the Tim's have ugly donuts and bagels but here is different. That is if you get that Baker though, he is tall and has blue eyes if you really wanted to wait for those quality donuts.I don't know why people complain so much, especially elders. Maybe they got so much time on their hands that they LOVE to get attention? It's a Tim Hortons, a fast food chain, you cannot expect to receive a 5 star perfect service or food. There are restaurants out there that offers proper etiquette. The staff is nice and yes sometimes it will be slow but seeing people complaining about waiting for their sandwiches when their timeframe was only at 3 mins and mine was at 10 mins is ridiculous. Be patient.If you're searching for decent bagels and donuts from a fast food chain, then this is the Timmies to go.“

“We like to stop at any service center when we go for a long drive. This location, staff are nice. Washroom is clean. There is A&W and subway. Gas station is at the location too. Lots of parking for sure. There is no line up. And mask mandate is over in Ontario. But if optional those who still want to use.“

“There's a Tim's 4 minutes away from my place - but this one is further away and I much rather drive to it to get my coffee here. Why? The service. The folks are friendly, there's one guy who calls everyone "Dear" and it warms my heart/cracks me up each time.“

“This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. Great customer service.“

There are a lot of hard-working young people at this location and their effort is strong. The sheer volume of drive through and walk-in make this a location where you need to wait. “What used to be a 25 min plus wait in the drive thru for 6 cars is now an easy 4 to 7 min from order to payment.They have also started closing the drive-through and operating as a walking in only. Which to me is fantastic. I haven't had to wait any crazy lengths of time walking in, and it seems like they are trying to fix the issues they had previously.Keep it up.“
