“Tried the strawberry bingsu, earl grey cookie and macaroons and it was delicious. Lots of toppings and it has a layer of syrup inside the pile of shavings. Small size is plenty for two people. Cookie was not too sweet and very soft.Decent amount of seating available and great to bring friends, family or a date! (bring your BFF lactaid too you’ll probably need it lmao)“
“The Old Fashioned Smoked meat sandwich was absolutely delicious and satisfying. The portion size was perfect. I was impressed by the authenticity of the sandwiches, which tasted like they were made in a traditional deli. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and had great attitudes, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The chef did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend these sandwiches to anyone looking for a filling and tasty meal. The value for money was outstanding, and I will definitely be back to try the soups and breakfast! Highly recommend!“
“***I DO NOT RECOMMEND *** The customer service at the head office is awful. They messed up my online order and didn’t pass on the message to the store on time for a specific date cake order for my kids birthday. I ordered cakes for Oct 21 to be picked up. I went to the bakery and was told that they don’t have the cakes. I called and emailed the head office and they said they are small business and mistakes happen. That was the lamest excuse! Mistakes happen but they didn’t even try to fix the issue. Just saying “we are sorry, it happened, we are small business and mistakes happen” is not the right reply at all. If a communication didn’t happen between head office and the store, that is not customers fault. Running around, trying to find alternative solution, and buying another flavored cake was the worst experience celebrating my kids special day. I wasted my time, energy and money on finding cakes, I had to go back to the bakery on the same day at 9pm. The fact that they just wanted me to forget and let the problem go by really frustrated me. They said they tried to make it work, but I don’t think they even tried and think of customers perspective. I needed those 2 cakes on that day, and I placed the order 3 weeks in advance for a reason. I will most likely not order from them again and will pass my awful customer experience to my friends and family. Very irresponsible and unreasonable. Simply didn’t care. They ignored all my emails.“
“Bubble Tea & Me has had quality service and food for many, many years. It's never changed in quality, and it's always been a lovely and relaxing place to have some delicious food and tea. I used to come here when I was a grade schooler, and the bubble tea has always been great. Service is fast and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food is great too. I especially recommend their desserts, such as the chocolate fondue.“

“I had an amazing time trying the JJK x Alley Boba drinks. They were some of my personal favorites that I've been really looking forward to trying. The prices were pretty much the same as any other drink resteraunt and I was very happy about that. The place was not crowded at all and my group of 7 had plenty of space to sit down and hang out.“
“Been wanting to try this place. We high tea there one afternoon. The location was easy to find with parking on site. The food was good (took a bit longer to make) but they tasted good. The server was polite and friendly. I’d say it’s a good location to meet-up and chat since it’s not crowded like some of the other overly popular afternoon tea places.“
“Not a cheap place and everything from the sign, interior, display, staff uniform, and packaging dictates the pricing. For these pricier bakeries, I feel as though I can be a bit more picky as opposed to your mom 'n pop, corner bakery that you go to on a regular basis for a loaf of bread, some dinner rolls. Viennoiseries were ~$5ea (crossaints, cinnamon rolls, other flaky pastries), while small cakes were $10-12ea. I saw a serves 4ppl sized chocolate cake for $55, so it's definitely NOT your neighbourhood place, but more a special occasion/date café. The Good: - beautiful sign, bright interior/display, good signage in front of each item, so you have an idea of what you're getting - all items looked like a piece of art - female staff (Luann?) was friendly as she offered me a sample of something that I asked her a question about. That was very appreciated! The Needs Improvement: - overcharged for the wrong item, I'm gonna assume it was an accident, but I did have to go back in, get a refund, repay and all that jazz - although fancy, the packaging was soo BIG! I got 2 pastries and it was put in a huge cake box (did not appear recyclable as it had those clear windows). I'd prefer something less fancy, environmentally-friendly like a paperbag! - Cinnamon Roll was a good size, crispy, but slightly dry. It was placed in the closed glass showcase, but maybe exposed for too long. It was DELICIOUS, but again, dry due to exposure, not necessarily inferior baking Between the 2 items, a pastry and a cake, I preferred the pastry. Although everything looks like art, you're gonna pay for it. Definitely check your receipt before leaving.“
