It's odd that we were able to order food remotely but not the broth, so we must've waited for 10 minutes before the staff attended our table. Overall, the food was good. The staff were incredibly nice and very polite as well. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the space inside. It's very small and can only hold about 10 people comfortably. The layout was nice and spacious enough for some privacy.We ordered the lunch special AYCE which included the broth.Tried the lamb, beef, beef balls, pork bacon & sausage. Seafood was shrimp, squid, mussels, crabmeat and steel head fish. Other sides were Napa, lettuce, tofu, lotus root, mellon, udon and soba. Also I like the fact that the meats came labeled so I knew exactly what type of beef I was eating.Items we chose were pretty standard but the quality was very good. The condiments bar up front provided some very good flavours for dipping. Also there were some cold appetizers ie kimchi, bean sprouts, green seaweed etc.We order the food via our phone from the QR code and it come quickly. “1. Food - good! Came out hot. Green curry chicken, cashew chicken, beef pad see ew were all tasty. We asked for curry dish to be very spicy and I think that was a mistake as it took away from the flavor. One criticism was that the curry was too runny. Maybe we could have asked for it to be made thicker. We prefer that. But food was good. 2. Service - we reserved our table for dinner and the server sat us at the wrong table so she apologetically asked us to move. When we asked for water we had to ask more than once. It was busy at the time but with the spicy food it would have been nice to get it fast. We ordered three dishes. Two came very quickly. We finished them and the third hadn't arrived yet. We had to ask a server for its whereabouts and then he brought it. It was very hot so maybe it just took longer to prepare but I actually think they forgot about it. The food was self-service; you just select it and then it's prepared in the kitchen before being added to the pot. The pork and chicken pieces were pan-fried, which tasted pretty good, but I didn't take much of those, so it wasn't enough to improve my overall impression.“

Overall delicious!I really hope they take this feedback into consideration but the condensation/humidity is pretty horrible during busy hours and makes it really uncomfortable. You can tell immediately when you enter because all the windows and glass are fogged up permanently. I think having a ventilation system that is more efficient may help the dining experience feel much better.“

“Although I'm a very novice hot-pot enthusiast, I thought I would leave a review for others looking to try something new and interesting. The server was welcoming and helpful since it was my 2 kids first time trying hot pot. They were excited to pick their own veggies, unique kinds and cuts of meat, and dry and fresh noodles (they're favourite thing to cook). I liked that many items were available on skewers which made cooking and eating nice and tidy. AYCE options not only included the items we could pick ourselves, but also choice of frozen meat and seafood, and sweet and savoury snack items like fries, fried buns, and crispy pork. There was more than enough for us to cook in our tomato broth that we left happy and content. I'd be happy to bring the family again since we enjoyed the experience.“

The pork itself was actually decent! There were more fatty pieces than I'd have liked but most of the pork remained crispy.
