“The food and coffee/drinks are on par with what you'd expect from Tim Hortons but as of late I find the quality of service has dramatically dropped off from where it was even a year and a half or two ago. During that time the business hasn't shown any signs or indications that management or even corporate headquarters has even attempted to even TRY and make improvements to the notoriously awful quality and speed of customer service/interactions. There are regularly excessive wait times when ordering in store and the employee is often less that the outgoing, courteous, polite and welcoming attitude that has become standard place in the service industry. I've made a point to bring it to the Supervisor's attention but just having a full staff level is difficult these days let alone getting staff who are naturally polite while dealing with the public.Parking: Lots of free parking close to the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: This location is fully wheelchair accessible“
“I want to review about the best service at the drive thru at night.The lady who served me was the best one I have ever seen in Tim Hortons now. She had a pleasant smile and was very friendly. Apologized for not having what I tried to order. Also wished us really well. Had a busy day and was very tired and frustrated. This women made me really happy with her present attitude. “It was a nice and clean restaurant. They had nice servers and they have many options with donuts. More than a lot of places. The atmosphere is nice. It is very Canadian. It’s nice and spacious. Could clean under the benches more in lobby. It had great food and was well made. And the many options has your stomach wanting more.Wheelchair accessibility: There are motion sensor doors for handicap and those in wheelchairs.“
