There’s a wonderfully crisp lager that will make even the most anti-craft beer friend happy, and I recently had a DIPA that was super easy to drink and tasted fantastic.They’re also super pet friendly and their staff is excellent.Always happy to stop in when we’re in town.“

“This place is my favorite. The perfect mix of a quality craft brewery with constantly rotating new taps, and a quirky bar. “This is one of the best breweries in Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge. Personally, it's one of the few breweries in Canada that come across entirely personable and incredibly welcoming to everyone. The owner is extremely helpful, enthusiast, and well-knowledgeable about all areas of their business. The available beers will rotate, so often you can try a variety of different delicious beers throughout the year but still pick up their staples which are absolutely fantastic (make sure to do yourself a favour and grab some Lando!) The prices are fair, the areas are clean/well managed, and I have never encountered an issue with the mulitple times I have attended this establishment whether if it was for concerts, going with friends or just stopping in for a beer after work. It is one of the few places I know that not only an adult can enjoy, but kids are welcome with their parents and even dogs, too! I wish there were more places like Short Finger Brewing Co. in Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge, but I am extremely happy we have this place as not only do they support the Region of Waterloo at every opportunity but host a number of events for Arts community and more. I know if I stop in, it'll never be for a quick visit because it feels like a home away from home. And honestly, I love that.“

“For the longest time, my favorite pizza place in town was Pepi's Pizza on water street. They are still ok but their quality seems to have come down a little. We ordered rustic slice for the first time and I was so impressed! Good amount of toppings, fresh bread and the cheese makes it so good. They are my new favorite and now I even eat the crust! “I took my son and daughter in law and my grand daughter to Crowsfoot for a birthday celebration. We all agree it's the best schnitzel in town and we had the family platter which was super. I had made a birthday cake and a tart and taken them with me and Brianna our wonderful server even lit the candles on the cake and took photos. All in all it was a wonderful celebration. “I ate here in April 2024. The wings were smaller than I remembered and they were barely sauced. There was a low humming/rumbling noise emitting from their HVAC or kitchen fan systems the whole time we were there which kind of made you feel like the place was vibrating. It was slightly annoying, but the service was great.“
