“Hannah did a great job of serving our family! Bathrooms were a bit untidy but it’s Sunday brunch and it’s quite busy. Some of the options were additional charges when that wasn’t very clearly stated (fruit instead of fries, maple syrup etc). We had a bit of waiting to do for our food too but we were a family of 6. Great atmosphere! Very bright and clean! The skillet was awesome!“
“I recently visited half moon and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the variety of shisha flavors is impressive. The hookahs are well-maintained, providing smooth and flavorful sessions. The music adds to the laid-back atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends. I highly recommend a delightful shisha experience.“

“Wonderful food, fantastic interior, and great location--on Northfield, between Bridge and University. Also a community-minded business. A must-visit establishment. Dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs on leashes. (I'm not a dog person, and I didn't feel nervous for a second.)“

“This place is popular and busy!-big variety of specialty drinks!!! Super fun and the menu seems to change regularly.-big variety of foods as wellI ordered the st Jacob’s sunrise. Asked for blended but got over ice which is fine, it was busy so I don’t blame them. Drink tasted really good and refreshing, but I just know if it was blended it would’ve been 10x better haha. Also ordered the beef empanadas with mayo it was really tasty. Came out nice and warm too.Space is a little tight inside but the food and drinks are well worth it.“

“It was love at first bite. Despite being deep-fried balls of dough, they are a world of difference from a Timbit. Sooo crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Loved the Bueno and Biscotti flavor; you won’t regret it!I wish they had area for seating as its a bit congested during rush hours. Overall great experience and do recommend them.“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“Met up with a friend here just for a coffee and I’ll definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly and the environment was nice.I miss those days when there was a Starbucks attached to Chapters and so this had a nice bit of nostalgia with it as the wall is open into the Indigo right next door.“

“Good food, great service. Huevos Rancheros were simple and delicious. The kids got hash browns but both weren't a fan - more of a cumin homefry plate. Lattes were delicious all around, I had Lavender, the others had Chai. The music was a bit loud given the vibe. The counter service was extremely friendly.“

“Cafe O is a wonderful place to meet friends and spend some time. The food is very good. Coffee is top notch. Service is wonderful. The only thing is i wish it would be a little bigger. But yhen again if it would be bigger for more seating it still wouldnt be big enough. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.“

“Visited this cafe on a Sunday morning and indulged in some iced coffee, peanut crunch, magic bar, and chai latte. Everything was delicious, but the sweets were a bit hard and tough, not exactly amazing, but good enough. The atmosphere was pleasant, perfect for simply sitting and chatting. Overall, I'd recommend it for the cozy environment and friendly conversations.“

“Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. Yes the items might be more expensive than other places, However we should remember that we are paying for something unique, the place, the food. Highly recommended for relaxing and good food . Respectfully.“

“I had a really good breakfast sandwich and coffee here, but I was confused as to why they would place the sandwich in a to-go bag with ketchup packets when I said I was eating in. It seems they do this for most of their items, which defeats their purpose of reducing waste.“

“I have visited Queen of Hearts a handful of times and every experience is different… however the quality of the food and the very friendly service is always the same. We love it there and take friends and family visiting from out of town as a treat. The team really put their heart and soul into everything from the service, to the tea and the food itself. Highly recommended!!“

“I enjoyed coming here with my two year old for an hour during a cold day. He LOVED the jungle gym (much more his size than the ones at most parks) and kept asking to go back for weeks. It’s a little pricy if you want to go with more than one adult, in my opinion. If adults were slightly less expensive I’d get coffee with a girlfriend here more often. As an indoor activity for just one adult and young and kiddo it’s great. Will definitely be going back.“

“As my last undergrad finals season comes closer, I am constantly on the lookout for cafes to study at while I enjoy a delicious cup of tea. During the last weekend, my friend and I took a bus to Kitchener to visit Matter of Taste (115 King St W, Kitchener, ON N2G 1A7). A quaint and picturesque coffee shop on King Street, this cafe is perhaps best known for the warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.Hoping for a warm beverage on the cold day, we ordered a chai latte and a cappuccino. With the spice blend including a delightful mix of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger, the chal latte had a warm and comtorting tlavour protile that provided a cozy embrace with each sip. The cappuccino was a stark contrast in terms of the flavour profile, with a bold and robust character from the espresso offering an invigorating kick that motivated us to finish the rest of our studying.Should you find yourself craving a good beverage and pastry, looking for a place to catch up with your friends, or simply a calm spot to finish your work, Matter of Taste is the place to be. Conveniently located on one of Kitchener's most active streets, this is the serene haven that you are sure to enjoy! Warmly recommended! To hear more about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook. ✨??“

“Great place, super nice and personable baristas (some of them), and amazing quality drinks and service. Horrible atmosphere, very boring, ugly, and scary white lighting. Came to check it out after a colleague of mine said the lighting and lack of decor gave them anxiety.Dietary restrictions: Free dairy substitutesWheelchair accessibility: Ramp and accessible washroom for folks in wheelchairs“
“This place is fantastic! Lots of selection, great prices, delicious treats, and an owner that is incredibly thoughtful and kind. We’ve just started coming to this store and my only disappointment is that I didn’t start going earlier. If you’re looking for something…more…try coming here. It’s conveniently location being close to St Jacobs market and Conestoga Mall“

“I stopped by this cafe for the first time and had a great experience! Unfortunately, they don’t have iced coffee yet but the manager (or owner?) recommended their Chai Latte and I loved it! The service was great; you can tell they care about their customers! :)“

“What a delightful café. It's rare these days to get attentive and warm table service in cafes-- and the coffee and tea menu is great, as are their selection of sweets and sandwiches of all kinds. I've been to the café a few times and quickly was made to feel like it was a second home. I highly recommend Café 22 on your next visit to downtown Waterloo; such a treat!“
“Excellent customer service, and great variety of products/flavours. The staff at Gold Roast Coffee always goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Gold Roast Coffee to anyone looking for a supplier - they have Coffee/Tea related EVERYTHING.“

“I always come to this location. All the staff are really polite and nice, and I had a mixup happen with one of my drinks, and Erica went above and beyond to fix it. It's the thought that counts. Thanks alot ! I'm not even a big fan of coffee but the service is impeccable!! Thanks everyone you are all great and your efforts don't go unnoticed!“

“Stopped in during St. Jacob’s Sparkles event and had the BEST pickle grilled cheese. The guy who made it, Curt, was very friendly and fast with service. It was busy but the staff was on top of it and making sure everyone was having a great time. The store was very well stocked, they had plenty of staff who were very friendly. Seems like a really great change. We will definitely be back. They need to keep the pickle grilled cheese on the menu!“

“Delicious croissants but I'm not convinced it's worth the $6 price. The chocolate did taste premium and the croissant was flaky. Lots of delicious looking choices, but you need to go earlier in the day or most will be gone. The bubble tea was good as well and typically priced. The service was good and the girl behind the counter was meticulous and friendly. I would not say it was slow, but it was not fast either. Nowhere to eat inside, and a small space. It's only takeout or you eat out on the patio.“
“Made a mistake and gave you a 2 star rating on Uber eats. I tried to change my rating but unfortunately Uber won't let me. Originally thought there was a mix up with an item I ordered but I realize that I'm the one that made the mistake. Everything in my order was made perfectly and I just wanted to let you know.Thank you“

“I went through the Woodstock drive thru today and was helped by the most amazing employee. He was so upbeat and funny while taking my order and honestly made my day. When I got up to pay he told me that the drink was on him. I was having a crazy day and he will never know how much this gesture coupled with his great attitude meant to me. I believe his name was Shane or Sean, I know through past interactions he has transferred from a Toronto location and I just hope Starbucks Canada recognizes how amazing he is!“
“I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. Made the drink super nicely it seemed to have been done from the heart I think she deserves a promotion. If you are the manager reading this please let her know that she’s doing a great job. Thank you Berry!“

“I love this place. Usually I go here with a laptop. It’s busier during weekends but still the wait time is very less compared to other breakfast places nearby. The hosts are wonderful. The coffee and food is great. I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered till now.If you are looking for a brunch then - Taaza Bowl is a very good option. The quality of food is excellent. I always have to take away as I can never finish.Love their house coffee. Probably it’s Vincenza. But I’m not 100% sure about it.The music is a bit loud so if you’re having a company then might have to talk a bit louder than normal. I usually go by myself to work on a weekend morning so I’m cool with this.Highly recommend this place for a good breakfast or brunch.Parking: You can find underground parking along with open parking.“

“We had some cakes and latte here, and bought some bread. Cakes and breads were amazing but the latte was not good. It was like watery coffee with milk and some foam on top. When I reached out to the staff asking to remake my latte, they told me this is how latte is supposed to be! I insisted that do they always make it this way that they confirmed so! Dude, latte is steamed milk and espresso and must have a creamy texture not watery milk at the bottom and some bubbles on top of it. While the cakes and breads are great i hope Nova improves their coffee quality as well.“

“It's a Starbucks, so it is. I chose to comment on this store because there was a large lineup, and I almost turned and left, but I needed my iced tea I stayed. The line moved fast, because barrista team behind the counter were good, efficient, and friendly. Kudos ?.“
“Service was excellent and friendly. There was a line up but it went quickly. The seating area was small in relation to the number of people inside. The atmosphere was alright. The lady working: Brynn, suggested the brownies and oh my goodness are they delicious!! (she also poured me one of those fancy coffees and at a good price too!!) Very much recommended coming by if you're in the area!“
