So freaking good!! Whenever I’m in Waterloo I always stop by The Bakery. They have a wide selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free & vegan options. Their bagels are the best I’ve EVER had (the everything bagel is to die for and the pretzel bagel is absolutely delish). I’ve also had their coffee cake muffin and brewed coffee and few times, and they were also super yummy. A family member of mine got a custom cake from you for their sons party , it was gluten free, dairy free, egg free and nut free but let me tell you it was quite delicious. I wouldn’t know it wasn’t a regular cake if nobody told me. Only criticism is that the frosting is a bit overly sweet but overall a nice cake.

My husband had them do up the “Death By Chocolate” cake in dairy free for my 60th birthday and it was so DELICIOUS!!!!!! Very moist and chocolatey and the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen!
