I've been a regular here for years. Pre and post pandemic. I have to be honest that during the pandemic I dined here when things started to open up and the quality wasn't what I was used to. But gave it another chance and glad I did because the quality is back up to my memory of it pre pandemic. This place serves the best green onion pancake I've ever had in the GTA. We were that close of getting up and leave, the service was that bad from one of the waitresses in red(he brought our order and slammed on our table) ... Until the other in black took over then it gotten better.
