This place makes the best croissants and Kouign-Amanns in Toronto by a huge margin. It’s no coincidence that they supply many high-end cafes and restaurants. I know this because I asked at two different restaurants and they pointed me back to this little unassuming bakery and coffee shop, which also apparently is into wholesale. It’s comparable to good croissants in Paris.
It’s really good quality for a $3.5 croissant! The outside is flaky enough and not oily, and the inside has great honeycomb structure. The flavor is pretty balanced, not too sweet at all. Personally I would prefer the inside to be a bit softer than this still, and I kind of feel like there could be more taste of butter. But overall I really enjoyed the croissant and would like to try out other products for sure!

The croissants are SOOOO GOODDD!!! You have to try them + their drinks are very very good! Probably the best croissant and latte I’ve had in Toronto. Also the staff are very nice! :)
