Clearly had no training , so tired of getting wrong orders literally ordered a farmers biscuit today and no hashbrown In it and no chipotle sauce , do they think evryone has so much time in the world to check and come back , it’s a simple job , not even a busy location and they are always making mistakes . It was an older Asian lady - clearly team needs proper training . Hope management can understand that ur customer service needs improvement
One of the worst Tim’s I’ve ever.Workers are incredibly inefficient and takes 30 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich on a light day. I wish they would take the time to properly train employees, teach them what real customer service is and uphold clean standards.

Every time we order on the app and we get to Tim's to pick it up, it's out of the locker - the coffee cools too quickly. The last straw today was going to pick our order up and getting it incomplete. Most of the time, it seems the attendants were not trained properly to ensure all orders are going to be prepared carefully and in a timely manner.
