My husband and I have been loyal customers of Ikkousha since they opened their Tonkotsu shop years ago.If you’ve never had chicken broth in ramen, you should check this place out. They make their broths with real chicken, not just some powder. Try the Tori Paitan - the chicken flavor is amazing, and it's rich and creamy!
