The food was the highlight of the whole visit. The atmosphere is nice as far as decor goes but the noise was almost overwhelming. It was hard to hear the conversations at our table of six. Service was good, with a good balance of checking in and leaving us alone. Things were a little clunky with the table being cleared before all were finished their meal, and the whole place seemed a little crowded as we bumped into the table behind us when we moved our chairs. The restaurant was chosen as an office choice...my first thought was ohhhh- that is out of town!! Only 15 minutes...and boy am I glad they chose it!! The decor was fantastic, food superb!! It was a Wednesday night and fully booked-just be aware there is a din if you have hearing issues. No one in our group was disappointed with their choices...we were all excited to see what the 2 who ordered Martin's drill would get!! Martin's kitchen does it in spades. My husband and I went for dinner for the second time as the first time we went with friends and truly enjoyed the experience. So cozy with the wood burning stoves, wonderful ambiance and the staff are so kind and inviting.
