With the decline in quality over the years of a few of my favourite ramen spots in Toronto, this place is an incredible blessing.Providing the gratuity of jiro style ramen that you want, with the salty broth, piles of sloppy and fatty slow cooked pork, fried sprouts, a bunch of garlic, and tons of oil. the service was great! food is good and the atmosphere good but the tables are a little bit uncomfortable and the chairs very heavy. I guess they wanted tables that last forever (at least a couple of centuries

The ramen at Buta-Nibo is the first of its kind I've had in Toronto. First, they are very large portions. Interestingly, it's not from a lot of broth, it's from the hefty portion of noodles and bean sprouts.
