Scarlett

I wasn't sure what to expect as I've heard of Scarlett but this was my first time visiting. Chef mayo has currently partnered with Scarlett and I was visiting to try the new menu. I want to start by saying that the server we had was wonderful. She busted her butt trying to keep everyone happy she was super apologetic for the things that went wrong as well.As for the rest of the experience....the food was absolutely awful. The calamari and shrimp are clearly pre made freezer food. The pizza was burnt and the panzerotti was undercooked, underseasoned and tasted like it was made with freezer meat. Pasta: Piece of onion, almost the size of my palm on the pasta lol.Taste was not worth the price at all!After asking for the bill few times, Noone came for over an hour of waiting. One of us had to personally go hunting for a staff for a few minutes to pay our bill. No staffs on site to help at all.
