“This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

“Tried Chicas Hot Chicken while traveling in Toronto and really enjoyed it. I got the OG sandwich — the one that’s earned them Michelin recognition multiple times — and it definitely lived up to the hype. Great flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to order. My wife got the hot honey chicken it was really good too. A little pricey, but not unreasonable for the quality; feels like a solid “treat yourself” lunch spot.

I went right when they opened and there was no line, which I’d recommend because everything is made fresh and took about 10–15 minutes. Plan ahead, but worth the wait.“

“An amazing hidden gem. I cannot say enough good things about the service and food we had while celebrating valentines day with their Winterlicious menu. My fiance and I had the most wonderful service from Lorne whom was very knowledgeable, thoughtful in his ideas and explanations of every menu item we tried. He insisted on the Mac n Cheese and the cornbread and thank goodness he did! The bbq was delightful and rich in flavour. We cannot wait to go back again!

“Good bbq! If you looking for a sweeter option to Texas bbq Hank Daddy’s does not disappoint. My waitress asked if I wanted fatty or lean brisket. That’s a solid move in my world. One I always forget and I hate lean brisket! lol. I had the 3 meat sampler with brisket ribs and a jalapeño sausage; sides were fries and potato salad. All were great.
One note service was a bit slow. BUT there were 2 servers on shift but only ONE was doing anything and she was running her butt off. Management fix this your going to lose a good server because the other girl is useless and hiding in the back.“
