We wanted to turn one of my son's drawings into an ornament and Lorraine offered several alternatives for doing that. We decided to go for laser cutting and engraving. The project turned out amazing! Thank you Lorraine and Chris for your help and quick turnaround. Lorraine also emailed me a video clip of the cutting/engraving process which is fascinating to watch.
Really terrific community hub - from great coffee & snacks to wonderful programs for kids and adults alike to really friendly service and help when I needed to laser-engrave some items. Our family especially appreciates the way this small business supports our community, with artisan markets, food bank drives, meetup spaces and above-and-beyond local activities. Thriving small local businesses are the best about living in a large city. We hope this one is around for a long time.

Not gonna lie, I was grocery shopping next door and stop by for a quick washroom break :) and of course ordered an almond milk late to go as a way to say thank you. The service was super friendly and the washroom was well-maintained. The coffee, though, was great and way beyond my expectations.
