Decent atmosphere al around for the most part In my own personal experience to state the least.Wheelchair accessibility: 100 percent wheelchair accessibility, washroom and service counters as well.“
“Great staff, great atmosphere and the coffee was worth buying. The food however needs some work, workers debating throwing out food that's hit the timed marker is not a good sign in the training. And when doing a bagel they should be adding the cream cheese to both halves, they did not sadly so it wasn't enough.“
“My husband and I go through drive thru a fair amount, and they have always smiled or laughed at my husband crazy voices, well today they forgot our timbits and when we noticed we where on the highway, I called and politely told them, they took my name and told me when I come in give them my name and I'll get my timbits, I went in and told them and they gave the timbits, all in honesty they're probably the best I've been to,“
“The two staff who took and delivered my ordered were so friendly! What a nice change. I love Tim Hortons in general but the last few years I feel like you can’t expect great customer service because employees simply don’t care. This morning was a nice much needed change. The lady taking drive through orders recommended I change my order to something I’d enjoy more (and I did) and the lady at the window greeted me with a smile on her face and nothing but joy. Awesome work!“
“The service is great the atmosphere is great but the price of the food is way too high especially the donuts ? so you sent back and you asked me elaborate so I usually get an extra large regular coffee 2/3 times a day and sometimes at night when I get my last coffee I feel like a donut or a croissant will all of a sudden I pay for my coffee and have two or three donuts and the price goes from $2:50 up to $9 sometimes it's just disheartening that's why I don't do it all the time“
“I go here for lunch every now and then. It feels like family, with how good I know the regulars. Some other people may be a bit eh to me, but that's abstract from the place. The staff is friendly and charismatic, so it never is awkward. I definitely recommend this place to anyone moving into the community or anyone who just seeks a casual small meal. Just a note, it may be a bit packed on weekdays 1:05 to 1:35 PM.Kid-friendliness: A school of mine goes to lunch here a bit, and the staff are very patient with them.“
“On Saturday September 9th. I was in Pelham visiting my family and as I was returning home which is 2 hours east was feeling for a coffee to keep me alert. I stopped by the drive thru. It was 10:55pm. I came to the drive thru window and Monica opened the window to let me know that they are closing. When I told her I had a long trip to drive home and was from out of town that I only needed a coffee she was very considerate and kind and allowed me to buy a cold coffee. I wanted to send this note to say thank you to Monica and Keeta were very kind and nice to sell me the coffee even though they were closed. They demonstrated real customer service and I will return to this location again.“
“Normally I have a very good experience here. It was my first time since the renos. The place looks great.Ordered a late with almond milk as I have an allergy to dairy and a hashbrown.Received a regular late and a chocolate chip cookie.I didn't realize (I have no taste buds) that I did not get almond milk until my stomach started acting up and have not been well most of the morning. Really disappointed ?“
“The staff in welland campus is very sweet like 4 by 4. I dont go there only to get drinks but to talk with staff aswell, sometime, when i dont feel good, i go tim and talk yo staff there. It makes me better. But only for staff inside niagara college, outside tim staff is not good as this staff ..“
“It's Tim Hortons. I think it's probably not lacking for reviews. And along the same line of reasoning, I don't think anyone in Canada would need a review either, as most Canadians learn about the place while they're still a fetus and are born with a coffee addiction firmly in place.“
