While we're all trying to survive and make it through the Pandemic, and repair the economy to begin the process of lowering our deficit, not gouge the less fortunate or just to get by. We are strong, we are resilient, just don't have the same as the White House dinner table, and diamonds for the wealthy.We Work yes, and volunteer but even charity groups were unsuccessfully in remaining afloat. Do you honestly believe gouging your customers, and raising your coffee and food prices was a good business decision?Any business opened or opening to attempt to make up the last three years plus your lost profit from the previous four quarters × 3 years. He had the wrap already being made by him before I ordered, I received my coffee, which out of the Tim's I visit you guys always do a extremely excellent job making the coffee, rich in flavor and wasn't bland like my morning coffee (different Tim's clearly :).) I personally think that Timmies french vanilla cappuccino from the actual restaurant is far too sweet, in comparison to the Timmies french vanilla cappuccino that I make at home, according to the instructions provided on the can.Very excellent customer service at this location and always have an enjoyable experience when dining in or taking out from this location. “We went through the drive thru at about 1:15 pm. We ordered food and three drinks, everything was perfect. The person taking my order was friendly and the girl at the window was equally friendly (sorry no name tag). Very happy with the service.“

“This is a great place. I love hanging out here. But only inside. There are to many dirty drug addict, homeless people outside walking around thru the parking lot. Some are not very polite and cross in front of our cars without looking and cause us to almost hit them. I have even seen some ask for money from your patrons. I have been asked myself. “Keke is absolutely the sweetest person. She was at cashier when I ordered and she was so sweet and kind, her customer service voice is so gentle. Keke needs a raise. Tim Hortons should be rewarding such workers for being so patient and good with customers.“

“This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.“
“At this location of Tim Hortons it's great for drive through. The line up make look long but please don't under estimate the workers. They all seem to work the drive through window. If your a walk-in patron you will end up standing there for a while before you get asked, "May I help you?" This establishment could really make venue if their customer service for instore was prompt to service the customers that enter when they enter the store would amount be rated 5 stars. The bathroom is locked and you have to ask customer service to be allowed in, and you have to hurry. Last time I wasn't even in the bathroom for 2 minutes and they unlocked the door to allow another person to come in. Which would be ok if there was stalls and more then one toilet.“
“It was my first time and I didn't see the Drive thru signaled, the attention given was perfect, I even forgot to order timbits for my baby and being at the window I was able to add them to my order, I don't give 5 stars because I couldn't place my order at the horn easily because the sound is very low and this makes communication a bit difficult when placing your order, however the patience of the person who took my order was very good“

“I always go to this restaurant. Today, when I bought my usual breakfast sandwich on a four cheese bagel. I called and let them know there was an unusual problem with the sandwich. The manager rectified the situation right away. customer service is always great here and speedy service.“
