“One of the few well run Tim Hortons in the city. Stop by at usually 8:30am most mornings and the lineup is always 15+ cars deep and they always tackle it quickly and move the cars along without much of a wait.My only qualm is the chocolate chip cookies are so hit and miss. Some days they're fresh and soft and on others they're hard as a rock. Just depends on the luck of the draw I suppose.“
“This has to be one of the best coffee shops I've been to in a long long time, the staff are always very friendly and the place is always clean and friendly and I'm happy to have made this location one of my favorite places to go and I will definitely spread the word.“
“This is my local Tim Hortons that I stop by on a daily basis and it is nice to see familiar faces sometimes. Right now my favorite thing at Tim Hortons is their Dulce Apple Fritter and they are so good. So tasty and worth the money for those donuts. But the issue I do have is this. There is soft caramel swirled on the top of each donut and if I am paying almost $4 per donut then I want my donut the same way I see it in the tray. I do not want someone placing my donuts in a single bag tightly wrapped in wax paper because every time I take that paper off it peels all the caramel off the top of them. So, now they place them in a box with no wax paper but there is one employee who still tries to wrap my donuts in wax paper and I get upset. Now he does not use wax paper for them but it's just frustrating to have the same discussion every time I get the donuts. I have had him take my donuts back to replace them with 2 more. He does replace them and I can see he doesn't want to but customers are always right. Lately though, I have gotten a couple donuts and inside my donut is empty. There should be a huge amount of caramel inside but it isn't there. And the worst part about it is you don't even know until you almost ate the whole donut. You can tell when the big boss is around because you can feel the tension in the air. There is no yelling, fighting with customers, making food wrong every other order. I still go there regardless but there are some things that need to be fixed there. Like the employee's respect for the customers. They will argue with you and try to be right so they were never taught that customers are always right. Unless that does not exist anymore but when did that change? And lastly, there is nothing more ignorant than a worker speaking in a different language in front of you and to you or about you. I do not understand what you are saying so if you cannot speak in my language about me than wait until you are done work to speak about me with your friends if I am that important to talk about later on. I am not trying to point out anyone in particular, it's just the employee's that are working. For people to speak about you behind your back or around you is considered rude than it will surely be rude to do it in another language around someone. Anyways, I do like this Tim Hortons location and will always stop by this spot to get my donuts and iced capp because I love them and the people are friendly. The location is downtown so some of the characters that show up are a little different and people aren't used to seeing a lot of street people like they have here but they let them stay sometimes. My photo I posted is my empty Dulce Apple Fritter. I know it is almost gone but I had no caramel inside my donut at all. And the caramel they squirt in to is about as thin as a line drawn from a pencil.Parking: There is lots of parking at this location. In the front and back, there is a lot of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp that is accessible to go inside whether or is a wheelchair, scooter, anything.“
“I’ve been to hundreds of Tim’s through my travels — usually it’s the same — it’s a chain restaurant, what do you expect?However, this Tim’s was amazing. Unfortunately, I was given a coffee with what I assumed to be a bit too much cream (whatever — it happens!)…the manager/owner Paul was more than accommodating and helpful and very friendly, got me my new coffee and I was on my way!Thank you to Paul & staff for making this probably the only location of a large chain that I will ever remember! “I got there ‘in the nick of time’ before a large group arrived , I was served quickly , staff friendly. Understood it is difficult to keep tables clean from crumbs when the restaurant is busy , but , all tables should be adjusted so they don’t wobble and create hazard of spilled coffee, currently the norm; a common problem for this chain could easily be solved by national company maintenance safety review.Dietary restrictions: Too much sugar and added calories to most things ignores dietary restrictions for many many people who should not eat that much sugar . Pricing on bagels and plain croissants donuts could be lower because they are cheaper to make and customers already pay too much for coffee.“
“Went to this Timmies location @ McLeod Rd,..& Found that they know what they are actually doing!,.. Angela is Great There, Have to say She knows how to make a Great Sandwich!!? ..The other staff are very Nice too,.. They listen & Get Ur order right. It is shared with Wendy's Restaurant, So there's limited seating., & they Do get Busy. Parking Available too.Also it's located in a little strip mall, which is convenient for other things as well for Ur Shopping needs...plus a Choice of other fast food restaurants!“

“I stop here frequently thru the week when I drive by. It's always good service and they always make my coffee perfectly. Side note... thru covid this Tim's stayed open and kept me going - truck driver local. Thank you foe that. I'll never forget the struggle to get something as simple as a coffee. Most tims across Niagara were either closed. Washroom closed. Not even counter service. Imagine driving a big truck and you stop for coffee.. they'll only serve you if you drive thru.My truck does not fit at drive-thru. I was refused countless times at many other Tim's. This one is by far my favorite! Great job ? 10stars“
