“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. “My review is way overdue. Overall, the entire team makes my morning every single morning, and make my day as I pass by in the evening. I have to highlight one very unique team member: Gina. Gina has become a part of daily routine that just warms my heart when I see her, she is beyond welcoming, very efficient, and an absolutely adorable person. I honestly absolutely admire her. You can easily tell when she is working because the drive-thru line flies! I think she deserves all the recognition.A couple of areas to enhance:First, there are only a couple of workers I can’t identify but ones that do give a hard time especially to my mother who’s clearly speaking English but I feel like they magnify that she has an access and make her repeat the Large black coffee double cupped order that I ALWAYS get numerous times. I think it helps to remind workers about cultural sensitivity.Second, the restaurant inside during the day usually requires a little more additional attention and cleaning.Otherwise, my ultimate favourite Tim’s in town.“

She agreed that my iced coffee didn't look right (looked like just milk). Patiently took the time to get it just right even though it was holding up the line. “The layout on the inside is cramped, with poor choices for the placement of the registers leaving no room for a line to form or for people to wait for their food. The dining area and the exterior could use some work. It cost $14 for a wrap, 2 donuts and a coke. I feel this is a little over sugared and over priced. It did however, taste good. “Nice, clean and quite place. Busy during lunch time. Good place to take lunch. outside view is also good. Restaurant is clean and well managed. Enough seating. Staff is very friendly and fast. They have big parking but it gets crowded during lunch hours. “One of the quickest, cleanliness and best tasting coffee from Tim's.....staff is amazing and fast......either through drive thru or counter.....food and donuts are fresh..... If you're in a rush stop inside..... Drawback is the incredibly long drive thru lane....it can catch you by surprise, but still incredibly quick.....“

“This Tims is close to Massey High and a lot of the high school students eat food from this location and also do group study while eating, which is a very good thing. The store is very clean and the location is in a quiet strip shopping mall.“

Why can't they even give you a napkin with your take out order any more without having to check your bag and not finding one ask for one provided you haven't altready driven off? - another $ saver for them? “The IN-store hours for this location are incorrect - this location isn't open 24 hours. Drive-thru is a bit awkward, but prompt with very little wait time between ordering and receiving items.I generally frequent the 1501 Lauzon location as it is much closer (and the staff are wonderful), but, unfortunately, that location has someone (who is a regular and clearly off their meds) to rave for hours on end about hyper-s e x u a l nonsense intermixed with religious blatherings -- whether there are MINORS present or not, and I have seen many families, as well as elderly people (even a couple of construction workers from worksite across the road) LEAVE IN DISGUST because of this guy.He has threatened (threats observed were bizarre and comical) other customers who've asked him to stop swearing, and talking about his s e x fantasies in front of children.The review I left for that location has been removed by GOOGLE despite its accuracy.The guy needs to be banned, the female staff are not safe with him around, and he is losing that location customers. He is dark skinned, wears a white cowboy hat, and brown shawl, doesn't change his clothes, and appears to be living out of his SUV, goes by the name "Zeus".To the owner; I've left enough information here, but please, do not leave a generic response, give me an actual email address to contact you with (if you require more information) as I will not be calling any numbers.“
“I am not giving 5 stars on any category because I got 1 medium coffee with 1 cream. Should not be hard to screw up. Since there's not much to compare this Timmies to except Starbucks across the street I say staff was friendly and surrounding property clean.Parking: There's more than enough parking since you have parking in front of store and behind store. Actually that's either side of store since the restaurant is sideways from Tecumseh Rd.“
“This location is pretty small and can get a little delayed at times but they're pretty good at getting to your order and rarely make mistakes. I did have only one negative experience and that was one time I ordered, then while waiting for a ride to pick me up, they kicked me out (during COVID with limited capacity) while it was raining pretty good outside. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I was standing there, out of anyone's way, quietly. Not too upset though, just sucked.“

They always have fresh pastries All day long which is great. Tim's is a staple of Canadian culture for sure. It has been absorbed through our dedication to the namesake.
