“Jacqueline S. is seriously the most kind-hearted, warm drive thru worker I have ever had at Timmies. She took the time to make us feel welcome and "at home," and considering Timmies is just a fast food place, I was so impressed. She had us laughing and smiling and it made our evening so joyful. Thank you for hiring and training such a fabulous employee!!!“
“Very supportive and hard-working staff, I went there in the morning to grab my coffee and other eatable stuff. The morning staff is too humble and polite. Shubhkaren and Candy, both of their services are marvelous. I would like to get my services done by both of them again for sure. 5 stars for the friendly customer service by them.“
“I tell ya, not sure what's going on but the more and more I go to places like Tim's, the employees just don't seem like they want to be working, there or most places that offer this type of employment... I've got no issues with where anyone has to work, believe me, I just don't get why work at a place that u don't want to be at? It shows up in the interactions with everyone... and when that's the primary responsibility of the job, I start to question if I want to walk into a place like that“
“I don't go every day, but at least a couple of times a week, usually in the morning (somewhere between 8 and maybe 12?) and drive-through only. So I can only base my experience on that. That being said:I've not had to deal with a wait, at least not one that would be more than expected. Speaking of that short wait, I have had time to notice that it has one of the cleanest parking lots and drive-throughs.Now, I have to mention placing my order. Whoever it is that is most often on the other end of that speaker is wonderful! I'm always smiling and feeling an extra dose of happiness lol. Actually, even the others have been quite chirpy and friendly.Now. The main attraction. No. Not the incredible steeped tea, double-double, that I order. Nor is it the food, which I hear (from my passenger who orders food - I have celiac disease, and can't eat there, so I get her to tell me about it lol) is always made right (bagels, sandwiches, and the like), and packaged clean (apparently other places you get things like; butter smeared on the wrapping, cheese halfway in the bagel, etc).No. It's the window lady. She's INCREDIBLE. 1000% goes above and beyond "good" customer service. She makes you feel like you are old friends and visiting for coffee. She just happens to be handing it to you through a window. I couldn't say enough about her service - if I tried. It would always fall short of what I'm attempting to convey. I strongly suggest that you don't let her go ?.“
“It’s consistently good but nothing to get excited about. The service is always friendly and efficient. Baked goods are very good if not first rate. The coffee on the other hand while good has to be the most overrated beverage in Canada. McDonald’s has better coffee.“
“You walk into the Tim's Hortons the first thing you notice is the smell of coffee and nostalgia. The roasted beans tickles my bum and makes my mouth waterIt's like a hug I didn't ask for. When the coffee hit my lips it felt like a kiss from Sandra Bullock.“
“Great service, they actually take the time to make your food properly, so many times I’ve ordered bagels with butter from other locations and I receive them with barely any butter on them.Today this was not the case, bagel was buttered properly.“
“Service has been going down everywhere. Just not at this location! The staff working tonight were really nice, gave me everything I asked for, fresh ingredients in the sandwich I had. The sandwich counter girl made an amazing sandwich!! The cheese was perfectly melted. East bound Timmies is great!“
“The best service at all times, very much accurate in the food preparation, very clean, staff extremely polite, friendly and especially Kim- five star service and I am extremely grateful to her for being very humble, friendly and makes me to go back for my breakfast and coffee. Thank you guys: keep up your great work!!!“
