It's a pretty sad commentary when cost accountants decrease the value for the customer in order to save dollars to increase profits for stockholders...“
“Decent service, a bit of a wait to be served but everything we ordered was exactly as we expected it to be, so what can I say, really?? It's a Timmies, after all, lol!! We all know what we're getting into when we go there and most of them are predictably and reliably the same as the rest; neither the best nor the worst just consistently the same service and fare no matter where you go. A solid 4/5 stars, as usual for the franchise.“

“Here's my honest opinion. The store looks great. Its also clean. I realize they have a lot of pressure being across from a school and the kids coming in and making it very loud and chaotic but overall I think the staff work as a team. You can see on their faces they are trying to please customers and try to get orders out. Keep in mind when you come in. If it's really busy, be patient.“
“This was at Dundas & West Street. There was a massive line up in the drive thru and 2 ppl in line Inside. When it was my turn, I ordered 1 med coffee with a cream and sweetener.There was one guy, really big guy serving and hat off to him he was trying really hard.From the time I ordered the coffee till the time I actually got it was 16 minutes.For those standing at the counter. There were at least 20 ppl working the drive thru, all tripping over each other and this big guy, the only one helping us in line, then one of the staff started whining because she couldn't put a simple skip order together so the guy help me. Still hadn't got my coffee started help her, he must have apologized 20 times, I really felt sorry for the guy.“
“I was quite impressed with the staff with what they have done to the little girl. They did not order anything and the little girl was pointing at their white balloon on the counter and the staff gave it to her for free after the father asked if she could have it. The smile on the little girl was priceless. Kudos to your staff. Maybe the front staff in KFC in front could use some pointers.“
“Low selection on timbits,donuts, and other pastries, there weren’t any bagels or savoury twists. The food was displayed so you could see all their food which is helpful and the drinks were made very quick. The donuts were you’re average Timmies donut, and the hot chocolate was scorching hot I had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool down but it made up for it with great taste. My favourite thing here is the cheese croissant it’s a soft croissant with a cheesy and super crunchy outside layer for only 2.60$ it’s a huge croissant as-well. I definitely recommend that croissant. This is a good timmies with an even better cheese qwason.Kid-friendliness: Sweet treats for the kids. The picky eaters will love the cheese croissant.“
“Today I had a wonderful Tim hortons worker named Tammy, correct a mistake she noticed without me asking and made me a new wrap as she noticed somethin from it...I believe the last time I was at this location I ordered something and the menu made it not so clear when ordering which of either the bowl or wrap I wanted and and the opposite was made and I think Tammy also was there and corrected it no charge and no hesitating, and I think it's rarethese days in fat food people who make the food care about the order being proper and have such integrity as Tammy. “Service here was quick and there was no waiting in line to place our order. We have noticed that when we come here, we either seem to be coming at off-peak times or else this is just a less busy coffee shop than we are used to visiting!!The staff here is friendly and efficient and the store is always clean with a large choice of seats. (We prefer by the fireplace.)Parking: Lots of free parking in the lot which surrounds the coffee shop, including wheelchair accessible parking and ramps to the sidewalk from the wheelchair parking.It isn't hard to find a close spot, and you have your choice if you want to park near or far!!“

“For the most part pretty average Tims (its what you'd expect for a Tim Horton's close to downtown brantford) however there is one staff member who is always super sweet and kind, always gives excellent service and brightens my day everyday. “I don’t usually come to this timies because they don’t have a drive thru, but yesterday I was on foot and I went to this location. And let me tell you, yesterday and today Joe quite literally made me the best damn coffee I ever drank. My order is always complicated and they NEVER get it 100% right, Joe did TWICE. And because of Joe I am going to be literally going out of my way everyday to get timies and coffee from this location, even if I have to park and go down it is DEFINITELY worth it because of Joe. You could give them two complicated sandwiches to make and they have them both done in two seconds.
