He was so kind and gave amazing recommendations for our wines. We will absolutely be coming back, and next time we will bring our son. “Just recently I discovered Syndicate. Not only are the owners and staff friendly, but the ambiance is warm and welcoming. What I love about this place is the wines are carefully selected from various countries with which are for sale in the front of their establishment. They have a really great membership program with different pricing. They also host quite a few events. Their food is fantastic and my favorite dish is the bruschetta with brie. It's been great getting to know the peeps that work there and I'm having so much fun introducing my friends to this place.“

“We discovered D'Anu wine a few years ago at a wine bar in Dallas, OR and always wanted to try their other reds. It was our first visit here, and we're so happy to live nearby now, because it's a fabulous little place. We had the brie plate, pretzels and two flights to sample all their reds. It was hard to pick favorites because they are all so good, but we ended up getting some Lárnách and Primitivo. The live music was a perfect match for the scene, and we'll definitely be back soon!“

“This is quite a little gem. Lots of wine and beer on tap. We went on a Saturday night and it was full but still chill. Very neighborhood feel despite being in a strip mall. We got the scallops and gnocchi with crab. Both dishes were delicious and the focaccia was excellent too. Highly recommend.“

“What a find! Nestled in a Lake Oswego neighborhood deceptively close to busy Kruse Way, this gem is a refuge of class and comfort. I stopped in for some bubbles and a snack and ended up with both plus a beautiful bottle of Pinot for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Owner Stephanie, ( whose birthday is Sunday, and mine is Tuesday ) was in the middle of fulfilling wine club members' orders but carried on a bustling and cheerful discourse with me and each patron that passed through her doors. Normally she would be getting ready for her weekly 530pm wine tastings, but is taking this week off to catch up on life, wine club, and a large order of wine. Nonetheless, people kept filing in to eat the delicious food and order glasses of wine. I plan to come for next week's tasting which will feature wines from Lebanon. This place is obviously well known, but I feel pulled to do my part to enhance its delicious existence. I had the bacon-wrapped dates, roasted garlic cheesecake, and two splits of JP Chenet Blanc de Blancs Brut sparkling. Time more than well spent. Did I mention the music? Ethereal, obscure, yet absolutely palatable and shazamable; curated by Stephanie herself! Thanks to her, I know know of the "bedroom recorder", Ottowan Chad VanGaalen.“

“We come in three or four times a year and have never had a bad meal. Food is always excellent and definitely hands down the best service in the area if not Portland Metro as well. Last time in I had the Short Rib Ragu and Polenta and it was terrific. Our server Brock?, was so helpful and his recitations of the specials is always enjoyable as he does it with a terrific passion and really gets a read of what we want. The smoked tri-tip, sharp white cheddar, sautéed onions, garlic aioli and arugula on a brioche roll was so fantastic!! The flavors were matched perfectly. We had to start with the best New England clam chowder around! !! It tastes so fresh. I love how creamy it is and the celery still had some crunch to it, not all overcooked. If you love GOOD clam chowder like we love GOOD clam chowder, they have the best! I don’t want to leave our favorite server, Kayla, out of this! We love her!! She’s fantastic!! She always remembers us, even if it’s been some time since we’ve been in. Katya is so fortunate to have such an amazing staff!“

“Love this place! I stopped in yesterday on my way to the post office. Great selection of local wines and the prices were very good. Jill, the owner, is delightful and has a robust knowledge of the wine landscape in our region that doesn't just include Pinot Noir. They are open for tastings and a bottle shop! There's ample parking as well. Please visit so this place sticks around!“

“Went to listen to Bart, Clark and Steve for Elton John and Billy Joel night. Bought 2 tickets ahead of time. Unfortunately the other person couldn't make, however there were not 2 seats together where you could see the musicians, when I walked in. Was oversold. 2 people were standing. If you're going to sell tickets, make sure there are enough seats for the people to sit together. Perhaps reserve seats for people, and make sure there's seating at the same table for the size of the party that makes reservations. Otherwise, sell less. Flatbread was good, dessert was very good. Music was great! Good to know I can make a reservation. Will do that next time! Will definitely return, and call ahead.“
