“This is the best meal I've had this year. Hooooooly moley, Harana Cafe!!
If you go, please do yourself a favor and try the Milk Tea drink (pictured next to my Calamansi Lemonade). The Milk Tea has a flavor that is hard to describe and crazy to experience. It's whiskey/milk tea/pandan/grapefruit/lemon; and it's a drink so nice we tried it twice. ?
We also loved the Beef Mami - chewy noodles, perfectly tender beef, and the hardest part of the meal to share because we both wanted all of it.
Lumpia was fabulous, and we tried the Sisig Pork Belly and Cheese Ice Cream, too.
All delicious, but the Milk Tea and Beef Mami were the shining stars of the show. I can't wait to go back!!”
“Fabulous lunch. Extremely creative utilizing all natural ingredients. Mixing unique flavors and textures. True culinary artistry. Best place to eat in Ashland”
“We always enjoy our experience here. The best northern Italian food profiles remind B me of my childhood. No where else can you find this cuisine in our valley. The service is impeccable.”
“My husband and I went for lunch. We had two lunch specials. Fried chicken (so delicious without a bunch of sauce to hide behind), and pork belly skewers. The food, cocktails, and service were all wonderful. Can you guys please move to Bend, OR!? We need you! Oh, and that house made sambal is so tasty.”

“I love the whole experience of this place…Always excellent food, drinks, and service. I particularly love that everything is freshly made and the staff are warm and friendly!”
“The experience started out with us waiting almost 40 minutes until we had our first glass of wine. But it vastly improved once the people who were going to a show exited. Our server was then very attentive and excellent interactions with her. Food was very, very good with a salad, short ribs and a lemon mouse dessert. It was beautiful sitting out in the garden and very relaxing. Would definitely return when back in Ashland.”

“Came here for dinner with a party of 5 and it was an amazing experience. Extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. It is so beautiful inside and it was lovely to sit on the outside patio that was heated. Our server was so knowledgeable of all the food and helped us with great recommendations. Everything we ordered from the apps, to drinks, to entrees to dessert was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!”
“Stevie is probably the best coffee roaster in the PNW and their Epiphany coffee is some of the best and I have had many great coffees from around the world. For my coffee drinking style, this is my daily go to. You can order 5lb bags online and they offer free shipping. This is how we roll!”
“I came in on January 3rd, 2025 at around 3:00 to 3:20, and the workers were the sweetest people, even helping me stab the straw in the boba! I love how customizable the drinks are, and they’re delicious! The drinks were also super affordable, only about $8 for a large!”

“I loved this theater! We saw Kinky Boots and enjoyed Dinner. I see a lot of professional theater from Broadway Across America, West End, and NYC… this group was every bit as talented, the whole lot of them! I hope to return soon!”

“Authentic decor and menu. The lamb curry was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. The Samosas were excellent and the wait was not bad at all for a busy Friday night. 100% will make a stop here or go out of my way if I can when passing through. better than all the places I've had between here and Portland.”
“One of the best restaurants in Ashland hands down! The food was out of this world and had the most wonderful cozy atmosphere. We had the Duck Dumplings and Shrimp Fitters to start, which were divine. The chefs talent and creativity really showed in each dish. My table got the Seafood of the Day, Pork Cheeks, and the Duck Confit for our entrees. Each of us were blown away! We all commented that it’s one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Needless to say we will be back.
Vegetarian options: Good selection
Dietary restrictions: They are able to make certain dishes dairy free. Hooray”
“While on a short vacation to Ashland OR, we decided to splurge the last night and eat out at a nice restaurant. After looking on-line and asking our hotel staff, Beasy’s On the Creek came up quite a few times.
We made a reservation and were on our way.
Beasy’s is a true steak and seafood restaurant. Numerous steak and various seafood choices. Not a lot of “fluff” and other dishes. Just well prepared, well presented and very delicious steaks and seafood.
Upon our arrival, we were quickly seated - a nice window seat overlooking the creek area. We decided to eat inside (it was 91F outside) but the outside seating looked great - and had quite a few people dinning there!
Their wine and beer list a very good - top choices.
We ordered a nice cab and I had my go to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
Once we settled in we studied the menu and decided on a bowl of their clam chowder as an appetizer. I ordered the NY Steak and my wife had the seafood special of the evening - halibut with 2 grilled prawns.
The chowder was delicious and paired well with the warm bread they brought along. This chowder had a creamy, rich broth with lots of chopped clams. No potatoes, no celery - just a rich creamy broth and tons of clams. Very nice!!!
After we drained the bowl (even mopped up some of the last with the bread ;-), our dinner salad arrived. You pick one of 3 - I went with the house salad and my wife the hearts of romaine with Green Godess dressing.
My salad was great - lots of crunchy iceberg lettuce, some tomatoes and really tasty chopped green olives. It was great!
Finally the main attraction!
My steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it - medium rare and was covered in a deep mushroom sauce with sliced mushrooms and a side to potatoes au gratin.
The steak was quite tender - sometimes tough with NY Strips. Cooked prefect and the mushroom sauce was a great compliment - didn’t overpower - complimented well! The vegetable of the day was steamed broccoli in a butter sauce. They were cooked how I like time - crisp tender. My wife prefers hers more “cooked tender”.
I was happy.
My wife’s halibut was pretty large - grilled lightly and covered in a mild citrus sauce. The prawns were also nice sized - and grilled but not so much to try out the prawn.
The citrus/butter sauce, like my mushroom sauce never tried to take over the show. Enough richness and taste, but still let the mild halibut and prawns be the stars.
The rice pilaf that came with the fish we incredible. We could have eaten just that (and the chowder) for dinner! Nicely flavored and perfectly coated in a smooth sauce.
Needless to say, we ate everything - and sadly didn’t leave room for dessert.
The desserts I saw going to a few tables looked great - especially the chocolate brownie with ice cream and a chocolate/caramel sauce. It was big enough for 2 - maybe 3 people!
The service was quick and friendly.
By the end of dinner - we were happy we took the many recommendation and had dinner at Beasy’s. The food, the atmosphere and service are spot on - especially if you are looking for a fine Steak and Seafood place!”
“Sushi Heaven is excellent. My most recent visit, the restaurant was very busy, but I was still treated with immense care. Staff assisted me promptly and incredibly kindly.
The food was incredibly good and well worth any wait. One of my favorite restaurants in Ashland.
The folks who run this restaurant are doing an amazing job!”

“We stopped in to grab some slices and get out of the rain for a bit. I got a slice of cheese and my partner got a supreme. Both were delicious! I usually don't really like crispy crust, but the flavor was still good. I loved all the band posters and decor in the place. Several people came in while we ate there, so it must be popular. Would go back!”
“Wonderful selection of very well made sushi. Service was very good. Layout of restaurant makes it seem like it's not crowded even when it's full.
Parking: Like all restaurants in downtown Ashland, parking can be a struggle.”
“Went to Grizzly Peak Winery in Ashland, OR. Naomi (alias Wine Gnome) and Virginia always treat us like royalty. Marci got a free professional massage from a local pro. Purchased a few great wines-the Pinot Gris is to die for! Got home and our wine racks were full-went redneck wine rack with the unused dishwasher which is finally now in use!”

“I moved here from Alaska last year and left my favorite Thai restaurant behind. I’ve been pretty sad about that, so I was really excited to discover Mam’s. I found them last week, and I’ve already gotten takeout from them twice. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. The papaya som tum salad is the best I’ve had anywhere. The green curry was amazing (the melt-in-your-mouth eggplant kind of blew my mind, and the balance of the spice with the creamy coconut milk was perfect), the larb gai is very flavorful, and the fresh rolls were excellent. My partner had the Pad Kee Mao last week and the Pad Ladna today and loved them both. We’ve also had the chicken satay and cucumber salad. I don’t think there was anything we got that we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. Thai is one of my favorite cuisines, and Mam’s Happy Thai Express is up there among the best Thai restaurants I have eaten at, hands down. I look forward to trying more items on their menu in the future. Thank you so much!”
“Had a great visit here!! I came in on my 30 min at break and was done with my order within 5 mins, very quick efficient service and my sub was perfect!!The sandwich artist working was very quick and kind. His corded monocle-type glasses are super stylish, but he does need to make sure if he adjusts them while on the line, that he is washing his hands and changing his gloves before touching an order. It’s one of those things you learn as you go along!! Overall, the shop was clean, service was great and food was tasty. Very happy to see that new ownership is helping. :)”
“Our family sneaks aways to this beautiful place a few times a year. We absolutely love this place. I just discovered the wine garden this evening, a very elegant experience indeed to get a glass of good wine and a warm chocolate lava cake to take to your room and soak.”
“After recently moving to town I have been here twice and I love it! The service is friendly and the food is delicious! Some of the best Spaghetti and meatballs I have had in a long time. Well worth the money and time.”

“A great gem in the Ramen realm, an especially cozy spot to sit, sip & smile in Ashland. The food here has always been good over the 6 years I've came here. Just came back for the first time in years and it's just as amazing it has always been. Please do not listen to the negative reviews. The tonkatsu here actually is ?.
Surprisingly, this actually filled me up & that's uncommon with eating out.”
“Love this place. Sweet people, low key atmosphere reminiscent of coffee shops in SF's Haight Ashbury back in the day. I love their cappuccinos, and there are always tempting, locally made GF desserts, plus quiche, soft drinks, teas, wine & beer. Indoor outdoor seating!
Dietary restrictions: GF desserts”
“The best thing of all was the service!! Presented with a smile and wonderful humor was a delicious Pony Club sandwich with thinly sliced turkey, bacon and melty cheese on toasted sourdough, spread with ripe avocado. Also we sampled a pastry drizzled with chocolate inside and out. The expresso was simply divine. I was curious about the house cream of barley soup, which after I asked about it I was given a generous sample to taste. Loved hanging out in the giant wing chairs next to the picture windows. Sweet spot in Ashland!”
“We were back to Louie's in Ashland 2 weeks ago and we were so happy with the food and service, just as the first time, Dalton took great care of us; the fish and chips were terrific, just like a year ago, and the tomato pesto in our Mediterranean wraps was so good I almost offer to buy whatever they had left to take home with us that day. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the service, just like the first time. Thank you Dalton and the entire staff at Louie's!!!”
“Nice special on Tacos! Very accommodating to my niece who has a wheelchair! Excellent service and yummy tacos!
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wheelchair van parking space upfront. Waiter, without asking, cleared chairs and put us at an optimal table for a wheelchair.”
“My family and I had dinner at the noble fox two times in the last month. Food is phenomenal! A little on the pricey side at $24 bucks for a burger, but the flavor of the food made it well worth it so we had it again two weeks later! Will def be back again soon!”
“Owner is 100% a amazing and by far the most attentive and caring human at her business! The food was above and beyond, Especially for the price. I am thankful to have enjoyed what the staff and the amazing young talented owner provides and requested. Support them when you can!!”

“The beers were so good! I had a hatch chili lager that was incredible! I wanted to buy some to take home! I had the wild Oregon mushroom fettuccine with salmon for dinner and it was very creamy and had great flavor! The salmon was cooked perfectly. “A cut above every other pizza place, it is an exquisite date spot and just an overall superb menu of delicious food. Even if the pizza is a bit more than other places, it is also more delicious, and cooked in a wood fired oven!”

“Absolutely blown away by this place. For a small town, like Ashland, this has to be a staple for this community. We'll done. The atmosphere is awesome! The pizza was amazing. The mozzarella planks are a must try. The experience here was great. Will revisit next time in town for sure.
