“Our most favorite restaurant….my boyfriend would have us eating here every weekend if he could!
We have not had any disappointing meals here. The service/staff is amazing. Ambiance is perfect. Cocktails are awesome. The only thing we have yet to try is their desserts, only because we are always too full by the end of the meal.

“I’m really picky about Italian food because I grew up with my mom making homemade pasta noodles and homemade bolognese sauce but Carlitos is my favorite substitute when I don’t feel up to cooking or just want something quick. We are regulars here mostly take out but we love Carlitos. Today is my birthday and we went for dinner had an amazing dinner and as always the owners and staff are beyond wonderful. “Ya’ll, Fikka Cafe in Ashland is seriously SO GOOD. I got an oat milk cardamom latte and a turmeric healer special today, and they were both just off the hook. And SO pretty! Highly recommend. They’re tucked in behind the Ashland Wellness Collective off East Main, in a super cute little nook with pretty lights and fire pits. Everything’s thoughtfully sourced, organic, health conscious, and oh so aesthetically pleasing! 🩵”

“Oh my goodness! One of the best restaurants in Ashland for a fine dining experience and high-end chefs! We ate here for Thanksgiving dinner in 2025 and it was probably the best turkey I’ve had in my life. Every single bite of all the food was delicious and then we just came again this week, and once again, every bite was delicious! For starters, we had profiteroles and snap peas with mushrooms, and our entrees were an incredible potato-crusted risotto, and the salmon. The restaurant is so charming and the service is excellent. Jasmine was very attentive and such a delightful waitress. My partner is a vegetarian, and there were plenty of items for him to choose from. 👌🎉”

There was a short line, but I see why and it was absolutely worth the wait. what an absolute gem this place is.”

“Bento East is such a gem to find! I absolutely love their beef bao buns — they’re so fluffy, warm, and perfectly soft to bite into. I ended up getting four of them because they were just that good! You can really taste the care that goes into their food.

The staff are super nice and welcoming every time I stop by, which makes the whole experience even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that they’re cash only, which can be a little inconvenient since I usually pay by card — but honestly, their food is so worth it that I don’t even mind stopping by an ATM first.

If you’re in Ashland and craving something flavorful, cozy, and satisfying, definitely check out Bento East. Their bao buns alone make it worth the trip!”

“The salsa y tostadas, flautas, and beef tacos are genuinely some of the best dishes I have ever had in my life. Every single salsa was absolutely immaculate, it was too difficult to pick a favorite. I’ve never had beef as tender as the one in the taco… the tortillas were also perfectly thin and smooth. On top of that, the atmosphere and music were absolutely amazing. And of course the service too :) would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be eating there again !!”
