“The best chicken , pieces are large service is great! 3 stars is for the lobby chairs are uncomfortable, and it’s very loud in there with even a couple people. It’s very hard to have a conversation or even hear the person behind the counter. Some sound damping would be a great addition.”

“It's absolutely a 5 star place. This is simply a marvelous find! It is now my go to place to meet up with people and have a cozy visit. They have an entire wall of teas from which to choose, and knowledgeable, informative, and patient staff; very helpful for folks like me who don't know much about teas but are happy to learn. A marvelous ambience; warm and inviting. And in addition to the teas, they have a guitar and a piano, if you want to play, in addition to a couple shelves of family friendly games or books to be used if you're in the mood. It is such a cozy and warm place to be!”

“Wow! We have been fans of Dean's Homestyle Cafe for many years. When the new owner's took it over this year, we were concerned about whether the comfortable, flavorful, "homestyle" experience we were used to would remain. The new team has done great! The staff is super friendly and working hard to make people feel welcome, learning names of regulars, and carrying on a place with a great reputation. The food is still excellent with super generous, well prepared portions and very reasonable prices. Well done!”

“We discovered this place and on our way home decided to pick up some food. I ordered the 16 piece Yang yum chicken, and the Beef Bulgogi with the mandu potstickers. Everything was absolutely delicious. I have friends who adopted a Korean boy a while and they included me in the gotcha day celebration at a Korean BBQ which was delicious too. this place is the bomb. I highly recommend Hearty K-Bop.”

“We figured this was a must go to cider taproom for the Portland area. We’ve seen their ciders in liquor stores all over the country and by the name I would assume it’s the flagship of the city. The taproom did not disappoint. They had a large selection of their own ciders and a few guests cider and beers as well as a couple cider cocktails. We got a flight and tried a couple of their cider cocktails, all of which were delicious. My girlfriend got a seasonal pumpkin chai spice cocktail that came with a souvenir glass, which was awesome since we love collecting glasses from our favorite taprooms. We got the pretzel and cider cheese, which was delicious. It was our second favorite “beer” cheese (behind 19 Acres’s cider cheese). The service was a bit iffy though, there were 3 employees. One of which did a good job all around interacting with guests and serving good drinks, one was a guy that seemed to be in training so was a bit timid to go out on his own, and one was a larger female that was absolutely terrible. She would greet and setup every single table, then never come back. We watched as every single group waited 10+ minutes for her to come back, but she never did. She spent the entire time talking to two regulars at the bar and giving them what seemed like a dozen free tasters. Overall though, this is an awesome place that I’ll definitely go back to… I just hope that bartender isn’t there.”

“So I like to ride my motorcycle out to Twin Perks Kalama and this Saturday I brought a friend. his motorcycle battery caught fire in the drive thru of the espresso stand! Hailey was working and she catered to us so well. I'm not advertising you should break down at the espresso stand but if you have to, pray Hailey is working. She was extraordinarily accommodating to us. She was helpful, sympathetic, and charming. I wish I could adequately convey how grateful I am to have met Hailey. I will happily give this girl a 5 star review and I will be a repeat customer!”

“My friend and I decided to come and have happy hour and we ordered california roll the wagu beef sliders the cod tacos and the fishermens stew. I enjoyed the sliders very much. The california roll had more rice than filling but, the crab meat, avocado and cucumber had good flavor but the quantity was very small. the cod tacos didn't say it was blackened with spices that were a little more than my taste buds could handle. the fishermens stew was very flavorfull and had well cooked fish and seafood. I would not recommend the california roll because of the amount of rice.”

“This used to be my favorite Papa John’s location. My toddler is very specific about what he likes and the location used to nail it every time.

Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders to “ready for pickup”, long before they’re ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out super fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually.

The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. Extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too.

I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes.

“The teas are excellent and the takoyaki has the perfect gooey consistency. Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.”

“Every time I visit Jersey Mikes it is a wonderful treat! I love my Italian Giant style with all the goodies on it! Don’t forget the sauce and vinegar, yum! The cheesy bread is my go to and I have the second part of my sandwich for the next day for lunch! Love ordering on the app and picking my sando up without waiting. #perfection”
