“My wife and I had a fantastic brunch at Ovation. Try the Bloody Mary - delicious! I had the Eggs Benedict and my wife had the Pancakes. Both were expertly prepared. Romano has created a cute comfortable café experience where he treats his guests like family. We enjoyed the great meal and the experience and we'll definitely be back.”

“I've eaten smoked meats all my life, but this food is unlike anything I have ever had. No disrespect to my own father, but the people behind these smoked foods are incredible and GENIUS. I am beyond impressed with the flavor of each item I had the privilege of trying out. First I'll start with the brisket slider. Just based off the smell I knew I was going to be blown away. I was immediately on a joyride of flavor with my first bite. The perfect amount of smoke flavor, combined with the juiciness of the meat, as well as the crunch from the slaw made that slider absolutely to die for. The potato wedges are a MUST. The rub that's on them is unlike any flavor I've had on wedges before. Dipped in their ranch makes for the perfect bite every time. I had to try a bite of my partner's burnt ends slider and that was EVEN BETTER. I'm a huge fan of fatty meat and this was just loaded with flavor. If I could try a slider with a piece of brisket and pork belly burnt end mixed, I'm pretty sure I would truly be at peace in life. By the time I was finished with my slider and wedges I was more than satisfied and full, however I had to find out what their smoked key lime pie was like. I'm not a key lime pie fan, but holy smokes this was an extremely delicious pie. The smoke, lime, and creaminess of the filling is the absolute perfect balance of flavor. The crust brings it all together to give you a subtle sweet flavor and bit of crunch throughout your whole bite. I truly could go on and on about this food and I definitely need to try every item on the menu in the future. The staff here is worth a whole other paragraph of positive words. Immediately being greeted by friendly voices who seemed happy that we were there was very comforting. Excellent counter service when taking our order and even came back out multiple times to check on how we were doing! Absolutely beautiful vibe and chill music on, highly recommend for a quick bite or a nice dinner!! Grateful I found this place!”

Usually we order up some long dogs and head down to meldrum bar park to watch the RC cars. “So we decided to see what all the hype was about at Ken’s Artisan Pizza, last night. Voted top 10 pizzas in the WORLD. Can I just say this?? We have eaten at Milwaukie Pizza MANY times and if Ken’s is in the top ten then Milwaukie Pizza is hands down the NUMBER 1 pizza in the WORLD. Have no idea what the hype is for the other but MP is literally the best pizza we’ve (including NY!) ever eaten and we are pizza connoisseurs.The crust is unreal, the ingredients are as fresh and as high quality as they come. The owners and employees are so wonderful and welcoming, they recognize and welcome us back every time. We’ve decided there’s no need to search out a new pizza joint. We are die hard fans of Milwaukie Pizza and highly recommend you give them a shot too??”

“Wow wow wow wow! The potato wedges are amazing. Especially the fact that they’re gluten-free! I ordered their special Masego chicken burger on a lettuce wrap and it is spectacular. My partner ordered the pesto, chicken burger. I love that they have a pile of pickles as a side dish. I like to see a food cart that has this many options for people with dietary restrictions. I will definitely be back.Edit- next trip I had three beets to the wind (chicken) which was amazing and my partner had chicken cordon blue which he loved. “Decided to try this place since it's kind of close to my work, and all the other sushi places around have been kind of disappointing (either too expensive or lacking quality). I got a California roll and an order of gyoza - calling it in was more cost effective than using Grub Hub/Door Dash etc. Service was super fast, prices AWESOME, and food was delicious! So much so, I ordered it two days in a row. Very impressed with this place, and I will without a doubt be back again.”

“Not sure how I haven't reviewed this place yet. One of our favorite breweries in Portland and they're so close to home! Bartenders are always nice and patient since there's so much to look at. They offer little tastings which is always nice and they talk to you about what you're looking for to better help you decide. The atmosphere is always super chill, not too loud either. You can bring food in which is fun (we recommend MaKin Thai & Sushi down the road). And even when it's packed it's still chill. It's fun to watch the regulars interact with the bartenders (and I think we're becoming regulars too). Oh and the prices are great. They're good people serving good beer!”
