Even though I wasn't in the mood for pizza, the reviews and pictures were so enticing that I thought I would give this place a try. Boy am I glad that I did! It was easy to find and had on site parking, I just so happened to show up at happy hour (2pm) which meant I got $1 off my glass of wine. The host was super nice and accommodating, she let me pick a table right by the outdoor heater. Although the place was busy I did not wait long at all for a seat or for my food! I have eaten here 3-4 times now, and each time I have been more pleased than the last. Innovative menu, without being over-the-top fancy, great beers, and a friendly staff. Good stuff!

I was sad to see La Perla go but honestly the pizza is just as good! I'm not a vegetarian but The Lion's Mane is SOOOOOO good! They have an excellent beer selection, they're well-priced, and it's still a great little spot that offers both indoor and outdoor dining. If you haven't been, definitely give this place a try. I highly recommend it, and this place only adds to the growing number of killer pizza places here in Eugene!
