A quick phone call to the restaurant and we were on our way! Not only did they seat this large party at the last minute but orders were taken drinks served and food arrived in remarkable time!! She is absolutely amazing. You do NOT meet people like this in customer service anymore, especially at any starbucks now days. She had a smile on her face, very nice, amazing personality, and she offered me water since I've been sitting here for a while. She even brought the snack that I ordered over to my table where I am studying currently. I wish every employee had her approach because this is very hard to come by! She deserves a raise!!”
