“This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Their lunchtime specials are very tasty. I go for the egg flower soup, beef and green beans, vegetable rolls, noodles or rice, small salad. My wife likes the orange chicken. Add a cup of tea (optional) and you have a satisfying lunch.”

“I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

Vegetarian options: Almost all cookies are vegetarian

Parking: Close to 2 disabled parking spots, one Van Access; spots are in the corner so unfortunately often witnessed as occupied by vehicles without placards for ~5 minute stops such as picking up online orders”

Gotta say one of the best wood fired pizza I’ve ever had in the PDX area. I think this will be our go to when in the area. The only drawback was the ambient noise level, which made conversation challenging for our party of four. We often found ourselves repeating remarks just to be heard. A subtle addition of white noise might help balance the acoustics and elevate the overall atmosphere. That said, the quality of the meal and service ensures we’ll be back.”

Staff is kind and attentive. The waitress was making sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed.
I ordered the California roll, crunch munch and the lion king! All were fantastic with fabulous flavor!

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t have children in my party but a party near me hand two children and the staff treated them well while they were trying different foods and flavors.”

Rosa is the resident mascot and she is adorable. This is the place you want to get your morning coffee and breakfast.

“Holy 5-alarm fire! I got the Fusiili ala Vodka, which I know is supposed to have some heat, but this one —- it’s like the cap fell off the jar of chili flakes! I still loved it - the pasta was perfectly cooked, the pork shoulder was bursting with great spices, but I was still facially sweating through the whole meal. We got their Caesar salad too, which was excellent, not too much dressing and just the right amount of anchovies. The real deal, and helped cool off my lips.
Grassa has their counter service food model down pat, and the meals come out fairly quick, fresh and hot, so thumbs up there. Service is up and down, depending on how slammed they are, but I give them a pass since they do do aLOT of takeout orders and are not meant to be table service. Love that they have beer, wine and some cocktails too.
This location works well for all the reasons stated above, but we often get our food to go — the ambiance here is not that great. Strip-mall -modern-meets industrial in a cold, cavernous space does not make you want to linger. No thanks.”

“this place USED to be great, when the owners cared about their staff and customers. they now no longer care. I realized this after being electrocuted due to the owners not wanting to hire electricians and plumbers to do the work needed. the company stopped really truly caring about their staff when they moved to this location. all staff is expected to be on call every day for any shift, while being paid the minimum wage and no wage for staying on call. it also was a realization that they didn't care when I was expected to pump breastmilk for my newborn in an area that was not private and was in view of customers when I did need to pump. no employee is relieved of duty for a break and often times expected to work 10+ hours, and not always knowing I'd relief would show up. yes they used to be a good place, they no longer are. oh and the tacos are not made to health standards....while they are safe we were told to use a slow cooker and not tell health authorities how we cooked the meat.”

“I got food to go through the drive-thru and it was good customer service however I feel like the cheeseburgers have changed they're not the same as they used to be which is sad but it's still one of the best places to get a quick Burger in a milkshakes are great too The Sundays are the best the Oregon strawberry you can't lose with that choice”
