“The Jersey Mikes in Sherwood went above and beyond today. Not only did their lovely staff alert me that I had enough points to get a free sub, when I went to my car and discovered a dead battery they jumped my car!!! One of the staff went home, got his jumper cable and got my car started! Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place but they have my undying loyalty now. BTW it was pouring rain at the time. Those two young men are not only great workers but great assets to our community. Thank you!“
“Friendly service, i felt like the sandwich artist took his time to make a good sandwich. Others were complaining but we weren't there for speed over quality. The layout is rough though, the tables and walkway are too close to the sandwich line. We had to keep stepping aside for people, but it could just be Walmart people.“
“My parents and I always come to this Jimmy John's and never have had an issue with the service. We always enjoy our food and generally the atmosphere is is great. I would recommend this Jimmy John's and I will definitely go back. With that being said, I'm hoping this visit is just a one off and I'm hoping this reaches the franchise owner since I cannot seem to get ahold of them. The person that was kind of "running " the show made the environment extremely uncomfortable today. Every swear word you can think of was being thrown around. He helped an elderly couple and was very short with them as I observed. He made the other employee that was there at the time extremely uncomfortable and you could tell in that employees eye contact with me that he was apologetic but couldn't say it out loud. If you're that upset, just take a couple minutes and go to the back a take a few deep breaths... but it was truly unprofessional and unnecessary in front of customers.“
“This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a salad and it was delicious. Staff greeted me immediately when I walked in. The store was clean and looked well maintained. I went to dine in around 1145am - right before the lunch rush. I was able to have my meal made within 5 minutes.As I ate, I noticed that there were several online orders coming through. But there was also a line of people waiting to order. I can imagine it would be stressful to want to get your customers in line served yet also meet the time requirement on an online order. The 2 women working handled it well and efficiently. It would have probably helped if there had been a person working for the sole purpose of handling online orders so both lines (in person and digital) could move quickly.Overall - great experience!“
“It was really good despite how extremely busy they were it was so crowded and they were out of chips to go with the combo meal etc and although you would think they would compensate somehow but they didn't but anyhow it was okay afterall at least I got to dine in and got satisfactory soda refills etc.“
