My family and I love the Bamboo Sushi in Cedar Hills. The downtown one was not as good an experience but not a bad one either. We visited for dinner around 6pm on a Friday.Green Machine (typically vegetarian) with Salmon added is a hit. The cauliflower is a hit too. First time here, and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere! The food came out extremely quick and was so delicious! The only reason I’m not giving this a five star review is because the service was pretty sub par. I’ve worked in many restaurants before so i understand that it can be really tiring and draining dealing with so many different people, but, customer service really is the name of the game. Sushi and small plate restaurant in the west side downtown area. The sushi rolls here are quite tasty, and the crunchy rice is better than most places.The ingredients all taste quite fresh which can make or break good sushi, but overall it’s nothing mind blowing.
